Claims (4)
- 第1及び第2の導電材を形成する第1の工程と、
ケース底面に配設される圧電素子の一対の電極に、前記第1及び第2の導電材を接続する第2の工程と、
前記ケースに充填材を充填する第3の工程とを有する超音波センサの製造方法であって、
前記第1の工程では、前記第1及び第2の導電材を連接させる連接部を形成し、
前記第3の工程では、前記連接部が前記充填材の外部に位置するよう前記充填材を充填し、
前記第3の工程が終了した後、前記連接部を除去する第4の工程を実施する超音波センサの製造方法。 - 前記第1及び第2の導電材がクラッド材から構成されている、
請求項1記載の超音波センサの製造方法。 - 前記第1及び第2の導電材は、一枚の板をプレスから打ち抜いて形成される、
請求項1または2記載の超音波センサの製造方法。 - 前記連接部には、あらかじめ切り込みをいれておき、切断は前記切り込み部分を切り離すことにより行う、
請求項3記載の超音波センサの製造方法。
