Description
Claims (8)
- 光学モジュールであって、
−装着面(10a)を有するリジッドな回路支持体(10)が設けられており;
−フリップチップ技術によって装着面(10a)に配置されたパッケージングされていない半導体素子(12)が設けられており;
−回路支持体(10)の、装着面(10a)と反対の側(10b)に配置されたレンズユニット(14;16,18,20;21)が設けられており;
−回路支持体(10)が、開口(24)を有しており、該開口(24)を通して、電磁放射線が、レンズユニット(14;16,18,20;21)から半導体素子(12)に投射されるようになっており;
−レンズユニット(14;16,18,20;21)が、レンズホルダ(14)と、少なくとも1つのレンズを備えたレンズアッセンブリ(16,18,20;21)とを有している形式のものにおいて、
係合面を有するストッパエレメント(13)がレンズホルダ(14)に設けられており、
レンズホルダ(14)と回路支持体(10)との間に少なくとも1つの永久弾性的なもしくはばね弾性的なエレメント(22)が配置されており、該エレメント(22)が、回路支持体(10)の、装着面(10a)と反対の側(10b)をレンズホルダ(14)から離れる方向で少なくとも1つのストッパエレメント(13)の係合面に向かって押圧するようになっており、ストッパエレメント(13)の係合面が、回路支持体(10)の装着面(10a)と係合するように形成されていることを特徴とする、光学モジュール。 - ストッパエレメント(13)が、スナップ結合部の一部である、請求項1記載の光学モジュール。
- ストッパエレメント(13)が、レンズホルダ(14)に配置されたフック(13)によって実現されている、請求項2記載の光学モジュール。
- 永久弾性的なもしくはばね弾性的なエレメント(22)が、方形にまたは環状に、有利には打抜き部材として形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の光学モジュール。
- 永久弾性的なもしくはばね弾性的なエレメント(22)が、熱可塑性のエラストマ(TPE)またはシリコーンを含有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の光学モジュール。
- 永久弾性的なもしくはばね弾性的なエレメント(22)が、レンズユニット(14;16,18,20;21)を回路支持体(10)に対してシールしている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の光学モジュール。
- 永久弾性的なもしくはばね弾性的なエレメント(22)が、多孔質に、特にスポンジゴム状に形成されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の光学モジュール。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の光学モジュールを備えた光学システム。
