Claims (4)
- 外装を形成するキャビネットと、前記キャビネットに取り付けられる支持部材と、両端部に形成される湾曲部を有して蛇行する冷媒管に多数のフィンが固着されるとともに前記支持部材の支持により前記キャビネットの側面を含む隣接した2面に沿って配される熱交換器とを備えた空気調和機の室外機において、
前記支持部材は、前記キャビネットの側面に面して立設される立設部と、前記立設部の一端に設けたヒンジ部を介して回動自在に形成されるとともに前記冷媒管を挟んで前記立設部に対向する対向部と、前記立設部及び前記対向部の一方から突出した係合爪と、前記立設部及び前記対向部の他方に設けられる係合孔とを有し、
前記係合爪が前記立設部の鉛直面から突設されるとともに前記係合孔が前記対向部の鉛直面に突設される突出部に形成され、前記立設部の鉛直面からの前記係合爪の突出量が前記対向部の鉛直面からの前記突出部の突出量よりも大きく、
前記係合爪と前記係合孔とが前記湾曲部の内周側を通って係合することを特徴とする空気調和機の室外機。 - 外装を形成するキャビネットと、前記キャビネットに取り付けられる支持部材と、両端部に形成される湾曲部を有して蛇行する冷媒管に多数のフィンが固着されるとともに前記支持部材の支持により前記キャビネットの側面を含む隣接した2面に沿って配される熱交換器とを備えた空気調和機の室外機において、
前記支持部材は、前記キャビネットの側面に面して立設される立設部と、前記立設部の一端に設けたヒンジ部を介して回動自在に形成されるとともに前記冷媒管を挟んで前記立設部に対向する対向部と、前記立設部及び前記対向部の一方から突出した係合爪と、前記立設部及び前記対向部の他方に設けられる係合孔とを有し、
前記係合爪が前記対向部の鉛直面から突設されるとともに前記係合孔が前記立設部の鉛直面に突設される突出部に形成され、前記立設部の鉛直面からの前記突出部の突出量が前記対向部の鉛直面からの前記係合爪の突出量よりも大きく、
前記係合爪と前記係合孔とが前記湾曲部の内周側を通って係合することを特徴とする空気調和機の室外機。 - 前記係合爪と前記突出部との隙間に臨む窓部を前記立設部または前記対向部に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の空気調和機の室外機。
- 前記冷媒管が上下に所定周期で設けられ、前記係合爪と前記係合孔とが複数の前記湾曲部の内周側を通って係合されるとともに前記湾曲部間に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の空気調和機の室外機。
