Claims (2)
- 圧電体及び円周方向に配列した多数の櫛歯を備える櫛歯体で構成される円形をしたステータと、回転軸に支持されて前記櫛歯体に圧接される円形のロータとを備える超音波モータであって、前記各櫛歯は少なくとも前記ロータに圧接する部分が所要の間隔で径方向に配列された複数の針状体で構成され、前記針状体は少なくとも先端部が径方向に弾性変形可能で、円周方向には所要の剛性を有するとともに、回転軸の軸方向と垂直な方向の断面が円周方向に長く径方向に短い板状に形成され、かつ内径側の辺が外径側の辺よりも短い台形に形成されていることを特徴とする超音波モータ。
- 前記針状体はそれぞれ独立した板状に形成され、各針状体は基端部が前記櫛歯体に一体であり、先端部が前記ロータに圧接されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波モータ。
