Description
この発明における抗菌は、微生物を死滅させる殺菌、微生物の増殖を阻止する静菌・防腐・防かびを意味する。
したがって、広範な微生物に対して有効な抗菌効果を有し、かつその効果が持続する、より優れた工業用抗菌剤が求められている。
有効成分の合計濃度が上記の範囲であれば、相乗的な殺菌効果が顕著に発揮される。
例えば、抗菌対象系がコーティングカラーの場合には、有効成分の合計濃度は、2〜300mg/リットル、より好ましくは、7〜150mg/リットルである。
この発明の工業用抗菌剤は、抗菌対象系に添加する際に、必要に応じて水に希釈して用いてもよい。
製剤例および試験例で用いられる化合物の略称を以下に示す。なお、製剤例の化合物の数値は全て重量%である。

某製紙工場で採取した中性抄紙白水をL字型試験管に10ml分注した。L字型試験管に製剤例1〜6の薬剤を有効成分の合計濃度として5,10,15mg/リットルになるように添加し、30℃で30分間振とうした。振とう後、各L字型試験管中の生菌数を測定した。測定結果を表1に示す。なお、白水中に含まれる細菌およびその生菌数、試料のpHを以下に示す。
生菌数 :5.5×107cfu/ml
pH :7.3
某製紙工場より採取した中性抄紙白水を、No.2の濾紙で濾過し、ブイヨン培地を加えたものを予め滅菌したL字型試験管に4ml分注した。次いで、これに各薬剤を所定量添加し、30℃で振盪培養した。24時間後、菌の増殖に基づく濁りを660nmの吸光度で測定し、効果の有無を判定した。各薬剤の吸光度の増加が認められない最小添加量、即ち最小増殖抑制濃度(MIC 24Hr)を測定した。測定結果を図1及び図2に示す。なお、白水中に含まれる細菌およびその生菌数、試料のpHを以下に示す。
生菌数 :6.5×106cfu/ml
pH :7.5
某製紙会社のコーティングカラーA,B,Cをそれぞれサンプリングし、製剤例1〜6の薬剤を有効成分濃度として100mg/リットルになるように添加し、30℃の恒温槽に放置して経日的に菌数を測定し、菌数の測定を行なったのち、種菌としてBlankを各試料に1%ずつ追加して試験を行なった。測定結果をそれぞれ表2〜4に示す。なお、コーティングカラーA,B,Cに含まれる細菌の生菌数、試料のpHを以下に示す。
生菌数 :6.5×104cfu/ml

Claims (5)
- 2,2−ジブロモ−3−ニトリロプロピオンアミド、2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オン及び1,2−ベンゾイソチアゾリン−3−オンとを相乗効果を奏する割合で含有することを特徴とする工業用抗菌剤。
- 2,2−ジブロモ−3−ニトリロプロピオンアミドと2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンとの配合割合が、重量比で100:1〜1:10である請求項1記載の工業用抗菌剤。
- 2,2−ジブロモ−3−ニトリロプロピオンアミドと2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オンとの合計量と1,2−ベンゾイソチアゾリン−3−オンとの配合割合が、重量比で1:100〜1:2である請求項1または2記載の工業用抗菌剤。
- 抗菌対象系に、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の工業用抗菌剤を、有効成分の合計濃度として0.5〜500mg/リットルとなるように同時にまたは別々に添加することを特徴とする工業的抗菌方法。
- 抗菌対象系が、pH8以上のアルカリ性雰囲気の系である請求項4記載の工業的抗菌方法。
