Claims (7)
- 水平軸上に配置される第1水平軸部品と、前記水平軸上に配置される第2水平軸部品と、前記水平軸に直交する垂直軸上に配置されて前記第1水平軸部品の軸端および第2水平軸部品の軸端の間に配置される単一の垂直軸部品と、前記第1水平軸部品および第2水平軸部品および垂直軸部品の一部をその内部に収容する中空のヒンジ本体部とを備え、
前記垂直軸部品は、前記第1水平軸部品及び前記第2水平軸部品に接触する切り欠かれた2面を有し、
前記第1水平軸部品の垂直軸部品と接する端面に溝を施し、
前記第2水平軸部品は、前記垂直軸部品に接触するように設けられた受け皿と、該受け皿に接触するように設けられたコイルバネと、第2水平軸部品本体とから構成され、
前記ヒンジ本体部は、前記水平軸上に形成されて前記第2水平軸部品を構成する前記受け皿及び前記コイルバネ及び前記第2水平軸部品本体を通す開口面と、前記開口面に対向する面に形成されて前記第1水平軸部品の一部を通す第1水平軸貫通穴と、前記垂直軸上の2面にそれぞれ形成されて前記単一の垂直軸部品を通す2つの垂直貫通穴と、ストッパ穴を有すると共に、前記ヒンジ本体部からの第2水平軸部品の抜け出しを阻止するストッパを前記ストッパ穴に挿入した構成を備えると共に、
前記第1水平軸部品は、前記第1水平軸貫通穴より大径に設定されて前記ヒンジ本体部内に配置される大径部分を有し、
前記垂直軸部品が、前記垂直貫通穴より大径に設定されて前記ヒンジ本体部の外側に配置されるフランジ部分を有し、
前記第2水平軸部品本体は、前記ストッパに形成された穴より大径に設定されて前記ヒンジ本体部内に配置される大径部分を有し、前記ストッパ穴に挿入された前記ストッパにより固定されていることを特徴とする2軸ヒンジ。 - 前記溝は前記水平軸上に配されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2軸ヒンジ。
- 前記溝は、前記水平軸上からずらして配されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の2軸ヒンジ。
- 前記ストッパは、スナップフィットによって前記第2水平軸部品を固定することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の2軸ヒンジ。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の2軸ヒンジを有する電子機器。
- 上部筐体と、下部筐体と、前記上部筐体と下部筐体内とを相互に接続する配線と、前記上部筐体および下部筐体を相互に連結する請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の2軸ヒンジとを備え、
前記上部筐体と垂直軸部品とが固定されるとともに、前記下部筐体と第1水平軸部品および/または第2水平軸部品とが固定され、
前記垂直軸部品のフランジ部分に形成されたエラ部分に係合して前記垂直軸部品の回転を規制する突出部が、前記ヒンジ本体部に形成されていることを特徴とする電子機器。 - 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の2軸ヒンジを有する携帯電話装置。
