Claims (4)
- バックライト光源と、周辺光を検知して該周辺光の強さに依存した光電流を出力する光センサとを有するディスプレイ装置であって、
前記バックライト光源からの光を遮るよう前記光センサの下に設けられる光遮蔽部と、
前記光遮蔽部上で前記光センサの周囲に設けられる疑似光センサとを有し、
前記疑似光センサは前記光センサと同じ材質を有し、製造段階において前記光センサと同じ工程で形成される、ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記疑似光センサはアモルファスシリコンダイオード又はLTPSフォトダイオードである、請求項1記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 透過型又は半透過型の液晶ディスプレイである、請求項1又は2記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか一項記載のディスプレイ装置を備える電子機器。
