Description
従来技術から、多数の所謂「レーン・ディパーチャ・ウォーニングシステム」(LDWS=Lane Departure Warning System,Spurabweichungs-Warnsysteme)が公知である。この形式のレーン・ディパーチャ・ウォーニングシステムは、自動車の、予め定めたレーンからの意図しない逸脱を検出しかつ場合によってはドライバーに警告するドライバーアシストシステムである。例えばWO2002071363A1から公知の第1のLDWSシステムは、通例はオートモービルの前掛けに収納されているアクティブな照明が行われる、点形状測定する赤外線センサを使用している。アクティブな照明が行われるこれら赤外線センサは前掛け下方の地面領域を検出する。自動車が走行方向指示器が操作されなかったのに道路マーク上を移動すると、このことは赤外線センサによって検出される。ドライバーに相応に、ドライバー座席における振動の形の警告信号が伝達される。
それ故に、従来技術から公知の装置の欠点を回避した、車両の、目標走行路からの逸脱を識別するための装置が提供される。殊に、逸脱識別装置が近接領域において(すなわち車両の直前)適しているようにしたい。装置は、走行路領域を可視光線および/または近赤外線光によって照明するための少なくとも1つの半導体光源が集積されている少なくとも1つのヘッドライトモジュールを有している。この半導体光源は例えば、殊にマトリクスに配置されている1つまたは複数の発光ダイオードまたはレーザダイオード、並びに場合よっては相応のリフレクタシステムを有している。これらの少なくとも1つの半導体光源は普通はヘッドライトに使用されるグローランプに取って代わる。半導体光源を冷却するために少なくとも1つの冷却エレメント、例えば銅ブロック、熱交換器または当業者には周知の別の冷却エレメントが設けられている。冷却エレメントは<45℃の温度が保証されるようにしたい。

Claims (11)
- 少なくとも1つのヘッドライトモジュール(118,120)を有している、目標走行路からの車両(110)の逸脱を識別するための装置であって、
前記の少なくとも1つのヘッドライトモジュール(118,120)は、走行路領域を可視光で照明するための少なくとも1つの半導体光源(132,134)と、該少なくとも1つの半導体光源(132,134)を冷却する少なくとも1つの冷却エレメント(146,148)とを有しており、
前記の少なくとも1つのヘッドライトモジュール(118,120)は更に、照明された走行路領域を少なくとも部分的に捕捉検出する、カメラ像を撮影するための少なくとも1つのカメラ(150,152)を有しており、当該の少なくとも1つのカメラ(150,152)は、前記冷却エレメント(146,148)に熱結合されており、かつ少なくとも1つのマトリクスカメラおよび少なくとも1つのアレイカメラの一方又は両方を有しており、
装置は更に、該カメラ像を評価しかつ目標走行路からの前記車両(110)の逸脱を識別するための電子的な評価装置(158)を有している

請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の装置。 - 前記ヘッドライトモジュール(118,120)は前記少なくとも1つのカメラ(150,152)の被写界深度領域にある透明なカバー(128,130)を有しておりかつここで
装置は更に、カメラ像中に前記透明なカバー(128,130)上の液滴を識別するための少なくとも1つの雨識別装置(176)を有している

- 前記少なくとも1つの付加的な光源の強度および配向の一方又は両方は車両速度に依存して段階的にまたは連続的に設定可能である

該装置は付加的に、走行路領域における立体写真的な物体識別を実施するように実現されている安全始動保証システム(162)を有している
