Claims (9)
- 添加剤を貯蔵するための、および内燃エンジンの排気ガスに注入するためのシステムであって、
前記システムは、添加剤を貯蔵するためのタンク(1)と、インジェクター(3)と、添加剤を注入ライン(2)を経由してタンク(1)からインジェクター(3)に搬送するためのポンプ(6)と、を備え、
前記システムは、更に、パージガスを、インジェクター(3)からタンク(1)まで注入ライン(2)全体の中を流れさせるのに適したパージ装置を備え、
パージガスはエンジン排気ガスからなる、
ことを特徴とするシステム。 - パージ装置は、
・ポンプ(6)の流れを逆転させるためのスイッチ、
・または、4/2方バルブ(14)、
を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。 - システムは、圧力コントローラ(7)を備え、且つポンプ(6)がタンク(1)の外に配置されるときは、タンク(1)の外に配置され、ポンプ(6)がタンク(1)内に配置されるときは、タンク(1)内に配置される、添加剤戻しライン(5)を備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のシステム。 - 添加剤を貯蔵するための、および内燃エンジンの排気管(4)に注入するための方法であって、
前記方法は、実質的に、ポンプ(6)を用い、且つ注入ライン(2)を経由して、タンク(1)に貯蔵された添加剤をインジェクター(3)に搬送するステップと、
添加剤を、インジェクター(3)を用いて排気管(4)に注入するステップと、にあり、
前記方法は更に、インジェクター(3)からタンク(1)まで、ライン(2)全体の中のパージガスの流れによって、注入ライン(2)をときどきパージするステップにあり、
パージガスは、エンジン排気ガスからなる、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 添加剤は尿素水溶液である、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- エンジン排気ガスは、インジェクター(3)を開くことによって、且つポンプ(6)の流れを逆転させる効果を有するスイッチを作動することによって、注入ライン(2)に吸い込まれる、
ことを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の方法。 - エンジン排気ガスは、通常モード(添加剤注入)では、ポンプの下流点をインジェクターに接続し、パージモードでは、インジェクターをポンプの上流点に接続する、4/2方バルブ(14)を切り替えることによって、注入ライン(2)に吸い込まれる、
ことを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の方法。 - 排気ガスの温度は、制御され、および/または調整される、ことを特徴とする請求項4乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 凍結の場合に、添加剤は、ポンプ(6)を始動する前に溶解され、添加剤の温度は、ポンプ(6)が動いている限り、所定範囲内に維持される、
ことを特徴とする請求項4乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
