【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来から、一般医薬品としての薬剤、特に錠剤やカプセル剤などの粒状の薬剤において、一回の服用時に飲む数が多いものや服用の度合いが多い薬剤では、これを瓶に収納してから薬剤情報などを記載したシートとともに外箱に収納した製品として提供されている。また、服用の度合いが少ない薬剤においてはＰＴＰシートも用いられている。
前記ＰＴＰシートは、塩化ビニルなどのプラスチックシートからなるシート本体に薬剤の形状に応じ複数の収納凹部をシート本体の片面から凹陥して形成して、その収納凹部それぞれに薬剤を配し、その片面に硬質アルミニウムシートからなる蓋シートを取着して前記収納凹部それぞれを封止しているものであり、このＰＴＰシートでは蓋シートにおける収納凹部対応部を薬剤取り出し部分としており、収納凹部の凸となっている側から押すことで薬剤が収納凹部対応部の蓋シートを破って取り出すことができるようにしている。そして、ＰＴＰシートに収納した薬剤においても、上述の瓶を用いたものと同様に薬剤情報などを記載したシートとともに外箱に収納した製品として提供されている。

一方、医薬業務で用いられる薬剤中、上記ＰＴＰシートに収納した薬剤にあっては、例えば医薬品ごとに多くの数量を扱う病院の薬剤局などでは、複数のＰＴＰシートをまとめた状態で取り扱われることが多い。このため、医薬品製造メーカーから病院の薬剤局などへの流通時の形態は、複数シートを商品情報や取り扱い説明などを記載した化粧箱に入れた包装体としている。

しかしながら、上記包装形態において、化粧箱を不要品として破棄した場合、ＰＴＰシートの取り扱いや薬剤に関する情報を確認することができなくなるという問題があり、よって、化粧箱を開封したのちにも、この化粧箱を用いた状態でＰＴＰシートを保管しなければならなず、一シートごとに小分けできないという問題があった。
さらに、ＰＴＰシート個々に取り扱う時点では不用意に蓋シートの収納凹部を押したり他物がぶつかることもあり、収納凹部対応部の蓋シートが裂けて封止が破れると可能性があった。
他方、一般消費者向けのＰＴＰシート収納薬剤については、その収容量が１０錠前後と少ないにも拘わらず、外装体としての化粧箱に収納され販売されている。この形態では収容物に対する包装コストが大きく不経済であった。
そこで本発明は上記事情に鑑み、ＰＴＰシートや薬剤に関する情報がＰＴＰシート個々で確認でき、かつ、不用意な蓋シートの裂けを防止するようにすることを課題とし、包装コストを安価にして、且つ、薬剤の取り扱いが安全に行なえるようにする包装形態を得ることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記課題を考慮してなされたもので、シート本体の片面に凹陥された複数の収納凹部それぞれに薬剤を配して、該シート本体の片面に蓋シートを取着して前記収納凹部それぞれを封止し、蓋シートにおける収納凹部対応部を薬剤取り出し部分としたＰＴＰシートにおいて、
前記蓋シートに薬剤情報やＰＴＰシート取り扱いに関する情報を記載した情報記載シートを重ね合わせて各収納凹部対応部を覆い、透明フィルムからなる固定手段を情報記載シートの上から蓋シート側に重ね付けて、情報記載シートを取り外し可能にして蓋シート側に取り付けていて、前記薬剤取り出し部分が、前記情報記載シートとこの情報記載シートの外方側となる前記透明な固定手段とで二重に覆われていることを特徴とするＰＴＰシートを提供して、上記課題を解消するものである。
そして、本発明において、上記固定手段は、蓋シートの周辺に対応する辺部を該蓋シートにヒートシールしたシートであり、また、シート本体の端縁に対応した辺部が該シート本体に係脱可能に係止した蓋であるものとすることが可能である。

【発明の実施の形態】
つぎに本発明を図１から図５に示す実施の形態に基づいて詳細に説明する。
図中１はＰＴＰシートで、該ＰＴＰシート１は図１に示されているように、シート本体２と、蓋シート３と、情報記載シート４と、固定手段５とからなるものである。前記シート本体２は塩化ビニルなどのプラスチックシートからなり、このシート本体２に薬剤に形状に応じ複数の収納凹部６をシート本体２の片面から凹陥して形成して、その収納凹部６それぞれに薬剤７を配している。そして、シート本体２の前記片面に硬質アルミニウムシートからなる前記蓋シート３を取着して収納凹部６それぞれを封止し、蓋シート３における収納凹部対応部８を、収納凹部６の凸となっている側からの押し込みによる錠剤７の押し出しにより破り、これによって錠剤７を取り出すことができるようにしている。この点は従来のＰＴＰシートと同じ構成である。

本発明のＰＴＰシート１では、ＰＴＰシートや錠剤に関する情報を記載した上記情報記載シート４が、シート本体１の平面形状より小さくなるように折り畳まれていて、この折り畳み状態で情報記載シート４が蓋シート３に重ね合わされて各収納凹部対応部８を覆っている。そして、透明フィルムからなる固定手段５を情報記載シート４の上から蓋シート側に重ね付けて、情報記載シート４を取り外し可能にして蓋シート３側に取り付けており、収納凹部対応部である薬剤取り出し部分を、図示のように情報記載シート４とこの情報記載シート４の外方側となる固定手段５との二重にして覆っている。
図１から図３に示されている実施の例における上記固定手段５は、辺部が蓋シート３の周辺に対応するようにシート本体２の平面形状と同じにしたシートである。そして、シートよりなる固定手段５の辺部５０を蓋シート３の辺部にヒートシールすることによりこの固定手段５が情報記載シート４の上から蓋シート３側に重ね付けており、この固定手段５によって情報記載シート４を蓋シート３に取り付けている。
このように蓋シート３の収納凹部対応部８を覆う情報記載シート４をこの蓋シート３に重ねた状態としているため、不用意な取り扱いや他物のぶつかりにより情報記載シート４が押されたとしても蓋シート３の収納凹部対応部８が裂けることはなく、よって、薬剤を確実に保護できるものとなっている。そして、薬剤を取り出す場合や情報記載シート４を取り出す場合には、上記固定手段５を剥離乃至切断すれば簡単に情報記載シート４を外すことができ、薬剤や情報記載シートの取り外し作業が手間なく行なえる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明した本発明によれば、シート本体の片面に凹陥された複数の収納凹部それぞれに薬剤を配して、該シート本体の片面に蓋シートを取着して前記収納凹部それぞれを封止し、蓋シートにおける収納凹部対応部を薬剤取り出し部分としたＰＴＰシートにおいて、前記蓋シートに薬剤情報やＰＴＰシート取り扱いに関する情報を記載した情報記載シートを重ね合わせて各収納凹部対応部を覆い、透明フィルムからなる固定手段を情報記載シートの上から蓋シート側に重ね付けて、情報記載シートを取り外し可能にして蓋シート側に取り付けていて、前記薬剤取り出し部分が、前記情報記載シートとこの情報記載シートの外方側となる前記透明な固定手段とで二重に覆われていることを特徴とするものである。このようにＰＴＰシートが情報記載シートを一体的に所持した形態となっているため、直接、薬剤を目視確認できるとともに、一体となった情報記載シートから各種の情報を得ることができ、従来の複数のＰＴＰシートをまとめて化粧箱などに収め入れた形態とは異なる一シートごとに流通及び取り扱いが行なえ、包装コストを削減し、一シートごとの管理が行なえるようになる。
また、情報記載シートが蓋シートに重ね合わされているため、蓋シートにおける収納凹部対応部を確実に保護でき、よってＰＴＰシートの取り扱いが容易になるなど、実用性に優れた効果を奏するものである。
