【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来から、一般医薬品としての薬剤、特に錠剤やカプセル剤などの粒状の薬剤において、一回の服用時に飲む数が多いものや服用の度合いが多い薬剤では、これを瓶に収納してから薬剤情報などを記載したシートとともに外箱に収納した製品として提供されている。また、服用の度合いが少ない薬剤においてはＰＴＰシートも用いられている。
前記ＰＴＰシートは、塩化ビニルなどのプラスチックシートからなるシート本体に薬剤の形状に応じ複数の収納凹部をシート本体の片面から凹陥して形成して、その収納凹部それぞれに薬剤を配し、その片面に硬質アルミニウムシートからなる蓋シートを取着して前記収納凹部それぞれを封止しているものであり、このＰＴＰシートでは蓋シートにおける収納凹部対応部を薬剤取り出し部分としており、収納凹部の凸となっている側から押すことで薬剤が収納凹部対応部の蓋シートを破って取り出すことができるようにしている。そして、ＰＴＰシートに収納した薬剤においても、上述の瓶を用いたものと同様に薬剤情報などを記載したシートとともに外箱に収納した製品として提供されている。

一方、医薬業務で用いられる薬剤中、上記ＰＴＰシートに収納した薬剤にあっては、例えば医薬品ごとに多くの数量を扱う病院の薬剤局などにおいて、複数のＰＴＰシートをまとめた状態で取り扱われることが多い。このため、医薬品製造メーカーから病院の薬剤局などへの流通時の形態は、複数シートを商品情報や取り扱い説明などを記載した化粧箱に入れた包装体としている。

しかしながら、上記した包装形態において、化粧箱を不要品として破棄した場合、ＰＴＰシートの取り扱いや薬剤に関する情報を確認することができなくなるという問題があり、よって、化粧箱を開封したのちにも、この化粧箱を用いた状態でＰＴＰシートを保管しなければならなず、一シートごとに小分けできないという問題があった。
さらに、ＰＴＰシート個々に取り扱う時点では不用意に蓋シートの収納凹部を押したり他物がぶつかることもあり、収納凹部対応部の蓋シートが裂けて封止が破れると可能性があった。
一方、一般消費者向けのＰＴＰシート収納薬剤については、その収容量が１０錠程度と少ないにも拘わらず、外装体としての化粧箱に収納され販売されている。しかし、箱に収納した状態では携帯として使用するには不便であった。
そこで本発明は上記事情に鑑み、ＰＴＰシートや薬剤に関する情報がＰＴＰシート個々で確認でき、かつ、不用意な蓋シートの裂けを防止するようにすることを課題とし、包装コストを安価にして、且つ、薬剤の取り扱いが安全に行なえるようにする包装形態を得ることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記課題を考慮してなされたもので、シート本体の片面に凹陥された複数の収納凹部それぞれに薬剤を配して、該シート本体の片面に蓋シートを取着して前記収納凹部それぞれを封止し、蓋シートにおける収納凹部対応部を薬剤取り出し部分としたＰＴＰシートと、このＰＴＰシートを保持するフォルダーとを備え、
前記フォルダーはＰＴＰシート取付部と背部とカバー部とを折り罫を介して連接してなり、前記背部を間にして前記ＰＴＰシート取付部とカバー部とが対向するように折り畳み可能に設けられ、

【発明の実施の形態】
つぎに本発明を図１から図３に示す実施の形態に基づいて詳細に説明する。
図中１はＰＴＰシート包装体で、該ＰＴＰシート包装体は、ＰＴＰシート２とこのＰＴＰシート２を保持するフォルダー３とを備えているものである。前記フォルダー３は紙板材から成形されているものであって、図１に示されているようにＰＴＰシート取付部４と背部５とカバー部６とが折り罫７を介して連接してなり、背部５を間にして前記ＰＴＰシート取付部４とカバー部６とが対向するように折り畳み可能に設けられていて、後述するようにＰＴＰシート取付部４の内方となる面（カバー部６と対向する面）にＰＴＰシート２を保持させた状態で背部５を中心として本のように開閉することが可能である。なお、前記背部５をＰＴＰシート２を内側に位置した状態でＰＴＰシート取付部４とカバー部６との間が開くことのないように連接方向に所要の幅に設定されている。

上記ＰＴＰシート取付部４にはＰＴＰシート２を着脱可能に保持するための貼着手段８を有している。図３に示されているようにこのＰＴＰシート取付部４は上記背部５に折り罫７を介して連接されて貼着剤９が塗布されている基材１０に、この基材１０の前記背部５側とは反対側に折り罫７を介して連接され折り罫７の方向に沿って縦長とした複数の透孔１１を備える板材１２を重ね合わせたものであり、この重ね合わせにて基材１０と板材１２とを貼り合わせるとともに、板材１２の透孔１１から表出する貼着剤９によって前記貼着手段８が構成されている。この貼着手段８にあっては、透孔１１の大きさ、数によって弱接着力となるようにその接着力が調整されている。貼着剤としてはアクリル系ゴム、シリコン系ゴムを用いた粘着剤が使用できる。
このようにＰＴＰシート取付部４においては、フォルダー折り畳み時に内方となる面に弱接着力とした貼着手段８があり、ＰＴＰシート２の蓋シート側を貼着手段８に重ね合わせることでＰＴＰシート２が着脱可能に取り付けられている。このＰＴＰシート２の取り外しは蓋シート側に損傷を与えることなく容易に行なえるものであり、薬剤を取り出したのちにおいても再びＰＴＰシート２を貼り付けて保持させることができる。
また、ＰＴＰシート取付部４自体はＰＴＰシート２の平面形状と同じ大きさか、或いはそれより大きく設けられているものであり、ＰＴＰシート２をこのＰＴＰシート取付部４に保持させた状態では、ＰＴＰシートの蓋シートがフォルダーによって覆われて保護されることとなり、ＰＴＰシート２を保持させたこの包装体１を取り扱う際にＰＴＰシート取付部４を押すなどしても蓋シートの裂けなどを生じさせず、よって薬剤を安全に保護できるようになる。

一方、上記カバー部６は図３に示されているように上記背部５に折り罫７を介して連接された基材１３とこの基材１３の前記背部５側とは反対側に折り罫７を介して連接されて基材１３に折り重ねられた板材１４とからなるものであり、前記板材１４には切り込みによりなる取付手段１５が設けられている。そして、この取付手段１５にＰＴＰシートの取り扱いや薬剤に関する情報などが記載されている説明書１６を差し込むようにして着脱可能に取り付けられており、フォルダー３を閉じた際に前記説明書１６がＰＴＰシート２に対向するように配置される。
このように一つのＰＴＰシート２に対して前記説明書１６を対応付けすることができ、使用者側にＰＴＰシートの取り扱いや薬剤に関する情報を適切に提供できる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように本発明によれば、シート本体の片面に凹陥された複数の収納凹部それぞれに薬剤を配して、該シート本体の片面に蓋シートを取着して前記収納凹部それぞれを封止し、蓋シートにおける収納凹部対応部を薬剤取り出し部分としたＰＴＰシートと、このＰＴＰシートを保持するフォルダーとを備え、前記フォルダーはＰＴＰシート取付部と背部とカバー部とを折り罫を介して連接してなり、前記背部を間にして前記ＰＴＰシート取付部とカバー部とが対向するように折り畳み可能に設けられ、前記ＰＴＰシート取付部は、貼着剤が塗布されている基材に複数の透孔を備える板材を重ね合わせてなり、前記板材の透孔から表出する粘着剤によってフォルダー折り畳み時に内方となる面にして弱接着力の貼着手段を有して、ＰＴＰシートの蓋シート側を前記貼着手段に重ね合わせてＰＴＰシートが着脱可能に取り付けられ、前記カバー部は薬剤情報やＰＴＰシート取り扱いに関する情報などを記載した説明書を着脱可能に取り付けるための取付手段を備え、フォルダーを折り畳みしたときに前記カバー部が、前記ＰＴＰシート取付部に取り付けられたＰＴＰシートを覆う構成としたことを特徴とする。
このようにＰＴＰシートがＰＴＰシートや薬剤に関する情報などを記載した説明書を一体的に所持した形態となっているため、直接、薬剤を目視確認できるとともに、一体となった説明書から各種の情報を得ることができ、従来の複数のＰＴＰシートをまとめて化粧箱などに収め入れた形態とは異なる一シートごとに流通及び取り扱いが行なえ、包装コストを削減し、一シートごとの管理が行なえるようになる。
また、ＰＴＰシート取付部が蓋シートに重ね合わされているため、蓋シートにおける収納凹部対応部を確実に保護でき、よってＰＴＰシートの取り扱いが容易になり、また携帯性にも優れるなど、実用性に優れた効果を奏するものである。
