Description
ここで示される方法及び装置は上述された要求を扱う。ある態様で、目的地(destination)からの受領通知の再送信を動的に制御するための装置が示され、その装置は以下を具備する:少なくとも1つのメモリ要素;そして少なくとも1つのメモリ要素の中に保持された命令の組を実行するように構成された少なくとも1つの処理要素であって、前記命令の組は以下のためである処理要素:少なくとも1つの受信された受領通知信号の品質の程度(quality measure)を決定すること;そしてパケット送信ペース(transmission pace)を決定するために品質の程度を使用することであって、ここでパケット送信ペースは目的地に古い受領通知信号の再送信を新しい受領通知信号で上書きさせるためのものである、品質の程度を使用すること。
図1に示されるように、無線通信ネットワーク10は一般に、複数の移動局(加入者ユニット或いはユーザ機器或いは遠隔局とも呼ばれる)12a−12d、複数の基地局(基地局送受信機(BTS)或いはノードBとも呼ばれる)14a−14c、基地局コントローラ(BSC)(無線ネットワークコントローラ或いはパケット制御機能とも呼ばれる)16、移動交換センター(MSC)或いはスイッチ18、パケットデータサービング(serving)ノード(PDSN)或いはインターネットワーキング(internetworking)機能(IWF)20、公衆交換電話網(PSTN)22(通常は電話会社)、そしてインターネットプロトコル(IP)ネットワーク24(通常はインターネット)を含む。簡単のため、4つの移動局12a−12d、3つの基地局14a−14c、1つのBSC16、1つのMSC18、そして1つのPDSN20が示される。当業者には理解されるだろうが、いくつの移動局12、基地局14、BSC16、MSC18、そしてPDSN20があってもよい。
更なるフィードバックの改善

Claims (11)
- 目的地からの受領通知の再送信を動的に制御するためのソースにおける装置であって、以下を具備する装置:
少なくとも1つのメモリ要素;そして、
前記少なくとも1つのメモリ要素に保持された命令のセットを実行するように構成された少なくとも1つの処理要素であって、その命令のセットは以下のためである処理要素:
少なくとも1つの受信された受領通知信号の品質測定を決定すること;そして、
前記品質測定に基づいてデータパケットの送信ペースを決定すること、ここにおいて、前記決定されたデータパケットの送信ペースは古い受領通知信号の再送信を新しい受領通知信号で上書きするように目的地に強いる。 - 前記品質測定は前記少なくとも1つの受信された受領通知信号の累算されたビット当たりのエネルギー対雑音比である請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記累算されたビット当たりのエネルギー対雑音比はパイロットチャネルの累算された信号対雑音比に基づいている請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記品質測定は時間期間内にうまく復号された受領通知信号の数についての決定である請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記品質測定を前記決定することはフィードバックリンクの安定性を決定することを含み、ここで、前記フィードバックリンクは受領通知信号の通信を含む請求項1記載の装置。
- 目的地からの受領通知の再送信を動的に制御するためのソースにおける方法であって、以下を具備する方法:
少なくとも1つの受信された受領通知信号の品質測定を決定すること;そして、
データパケットの送信ペースを決定するために前記品質測定を使用すること、ここにおいて、前記決定されたデータパケットの送信ペースは古い受領通知信号の再送信を新しい受領通知信号で上書きするように目的地に強いる。 - 前記品質測定は前記少なくとも1つの受信された受領通知信号の累算されたビット当たりのエネルギー対雑音比である請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記累算されたビット当たりのエネルギー対雑音比はパイロットチャネルの累算された信号対雑音比に基づいている請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記品質測定は時間期間内にうまく復号された受領通知信号の数についての決定である請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記品質測定を前記決定することはフィードバックリンクの安定性を決定することを含み、ここで、前記フィードバックリンクは受領通知信号の通信を含む請求項6記載の方法。
- 目的地からの受領通知の再送信を制御するためのソースにおける装置であって、以下を具備する装置:
少なくとも1つの受信された受領通知信号の品質測定を決定するための手段;そして、
前記品質測定に基づいてデータパケットの送信ペースを決定するための手段、ここにおいて、前記決定されたデータパケットの送信ペースは古い受領通知信号の再送信を新しい受領通知信号で上書きするように目的地に強いる。
