Description
従って、レンズ屈曲力の調整が可能な安全かつ安定した眼内レンズ系に対するニーズが存続している。かかるレンズ系は白内障または透明レンズ交換外科に使用できる。
本発明の一つの課題は、安全かつ生物学的適合性のある眼内レンズを提供することにある。
本発明の他の課題は、後室へ容易に移植できる安全かつ生物学的適合性のある眼内レンズを提供することにある。
本発明の他の課題は、後室に安定する安全かつ生物学的適合性のある眼内レンズを提供することにある。
本発明の他の課題は、安全かつ生物学的適合性のある調整可能レンズ系を提供することにある。
本発明の他の課題は、小切開を介して移植できる安全かつ生物学的適合性のあるレンズ系を提供することにある。
本発明の他の課題は、PCOの発生頻度の減少を助ける安全かつ生物学的適合性のあるレンズ系を提供することにある。
本発明の他の課題は、白内障および/または透明レンズ交換外科に使用するための安全かつ生物学的適合性のあるレンズ系を提供することにある。
イ) 内リムまたはリップ(150,200)を有するリング状第一構成要素(12,12’,12'’)、および
ロ) 光学力を有する視覚部(15)を持つ第二構成要素(14)を含み、
第二構成要素は第一構成要素の内リムまたはリップ上に乗る寸法の複数の触覚部(24)を有して、第二構成要素の回転がレンズ系の光学軸に沿って第二構成要素を移動させて、レンズ系の有効屈曲力を変化させ、
前記内リムまたはリップは短軸(100)および長軸(102)を有する、僅かに楕円形または変形円形の形状であり、この僅かに楕円形または変形円形の形状は第二構成要素(14)の前記触覚部(24)上への圧縮量を変化させ、
前記触覚部(24)が前記短軸(100)に沿って一直線になるように第二構成要素(14)を回転させることにより、前記触覚部(24)を前記長軸(102)に沿って一直線になるように第二構成要素(14)を回転させるよりも前記触覚部(24)をより多く圧縮させることになり、
それにより、光学軸(28)に垂直の平面における第二構成要素の前記視覚部(15)の安定性を維持しつつ、前記光学軸(28)に沿った前記視覚部(15)の位置を変化させることを特徴とする。
前記内リムまたはリップは段差の異なる複数のカム隆起を有し、かつ第二構成要素の回転が第二構成要素をレンズ系の光学軸に沿って移動させるように第二構成要素は第一構成要素の内リムまたはリップ上で前記カム隆起に乗る寸法の複数の触覚部を有する。
本発明は、二つまたは三つの構成要素レンズ系を提供することにより従来技術を改良する。第一構成要素は続く白内障外科の包袋(capsule bag)内に移植されるリング状支持構成要素であり、非光学要素でありかつ屈曲力誤差の矯正をしない。第一構成要素は、PCOの減少および除去に役立つ特徴を有してよい。第二構成要素は、レンズ系の矯正光学力の全てを含む光学要素であり、第一構成要素内に第二構成要素を係止するための一対のタブを有する。第一構成要素は外科医によるレンズ系の光学軸に沿った第二構成要素の位置の変化を可能にする特徴を含む。第三構成要素は選択的であり、第二構成要素に類似し、かつ第二構成要素により矯正されない残りの誤差を矯正するための光学力を含む。第二および第三構成要素は相互に対して移動するように移植されてよく、それによりある調整を提供する。

Claims (11)
- 眼内レンズ系であって、
イ) 内リムまたはリップ(150,200)を有するリング状第一構成要素(12,12’,12'’)、および
ロ) 光学力を有する視覚部(15)を持つ第二構成要素(14)を含み、
第二構成要素は第一構成要素の内リムまたはリップ上に乗る寸法の複数の触覚部(24)を有して、第二構成要素の回転がレンズ系の光学軸に沿って第二構成要素を移動させて、レンズ系の有効屈曲力を変化させ、
前記内リムまたはリップは短軸(100)および長軸(102)を有する、僅かに楕円形または変形円形の形状であり、この僅かに楕円形または変形円形の形状は第二構成要素(14)の前記触覚部(24)上への圧縮量を変化させ、
前記触覚部(24)が前記短軸(100)に沿って一直線になるように第二構成要素(14)を回転させることにより、前記触覚部(24)を前記長軸(102)に沿って一直線になるように第二構成要素(14)を回転させるよりも前記触覚部(24)をより多く圧縮させることになり、
それにより、光学軸(28)に垂直の平面における第二構成要素の前記視覚部(15)の安定性を維持しつつ、前記光学軸(28)に沿った前記視覚部(15)の位置を変化させることを特徴とする、眼内レンズ系。 - 第一構成要素は半透明である、請求項1の眼内レンズ系。
- 第一構成要素は第二構成要素に対し剛性である、請求項1の眼内レンズ系。
- 第一構成要素はラバーエラストマーから形成されている、請求項1の眼内レンズ系。
- 第二構成要素は紫外線および/または青光線および/または緑光線を遮断する発色団を含む、請求項1の眼内レンズ系。
- 第一構成要素は軟質アクリルから形成されている、請求項1の眼内レンズ系。
- 第一構成要素はブチルラバー、ラテックスラバー、天然ラバー、純粋ガムラバー、ネオプレンラバー、アクリロニトリルラバー、スチレンブタジエンラバー、リチレンピロピレンジエンモノマーラバー、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン(ABS)ラバー、エピクロロヒドリンラバー、ヒパロン(hypalon)ラバー、シリコンラバー、およびポリ(ジメチルシロキサン)等のシロキサンエラストマー、ポリウレタンラバー、ビトン(viton)ラバー、エチレンブチレンラバー、イソブチレンラバー、およびポリ(ビストリフルオレトキシフォスファジン)オリイ(ジメチルフォシファジン)またはポリ(フエニルメチルフォスファジン)等のポリフォスファジンエラストマーから形成されている、請求項4の眼内レンズ系。
- 乱視または老眼を矯正するために構成された第三構成要素を更に含む、請求項1の眼内レンズ系。
- 高いオーダーで収差を矯正するためにカスタマイズされた第三構成要素を更に含む、請求項1の眼内レンズ系。
- 第二構成要素は乱視を矯正するように構成されている、請求項1の眼内レンズ系。
- 第二構成要素は高いオーダーで収差を矯正するためにカスタマイズされている、請求項1の眼内レンズ系。
