Claims (8)
- 成形ドラム上に熱可塑性樹脂を主成分とする筒状のフィルム層を配置し、該フィルム層上に未加硫のゴム層を成形する工程を有する空気入りタイヤの製造方法において、前記フィルム層上に未加硫のゴム層を成形する際に、未加硫ゴムストリップ材を順次フィルム層上に貼り合わせて前記ゴム層を成形し、前記未加硫ゴムストリップ材の幅が5mm〜50mmであり、該未加硫ゴムストリップ材をその幅方向端面同士が接触するように貼り合わせる空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記未加硫ゴムストリップ材を長手方向一端側から順次フィルム層上に貼り付けながら、該貼り付けられた未加硫ゴムストリップ材を押圧手段により順次フィルム層上に押圧する請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂を主成分とするフィルム層が、熱可塑性樹脂にエラストマーをブレンドした熱可塑性エラストマー組成物からなる請求項1または2に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記未加硫のゴム層が補強コードを未加硫ゴム中に埋設したゴム層からなり、前記未加硫ゴムストリップ材が補強コードを未加硫ゴム中に埋設したゴムストリップ材からなる請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記フィルム層がタイヤ空洞部に面して配置されるインナーライナー層である請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記ゴム層が前記インナーライナー層と該インナーライナー層の外側に配置されるカーカス層との間に配置されるタイゴム層である請求項5に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 前記ゴム層が補強コードを未加硫ゴム中に埋設したカーカス層であり、前記未加硫ゴムストリップ材が補強コードを未加硫ゴム中に埋設したゴムストリップ材からなる請求項5に記載の空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項の空気入りタイヤの製造方法により製造された空気入りタイヤ。
