Description
操作部材については、押ボタン及び回転つまみの他、内軸とを備え、内軸は、ケースの操作部材挿通穴に通された軸状部と、軸状部の後端側に軸心合わせして配設され且つ下端面が押下動作検出用プッシュスイッチのキートップの先端面に当接する半球状支持部とを有している。
操作支持部については、ケース内の操作部材挿通穴の対向位置に設けられた固定部と、固定部に乗せて支持された外軸とを備え、固定部は、内径側で内軸を傾倒動作可能に軸支し、外径側で外軸を回転可能且つ内軸と軸心を合わせて傾倒動作可能に軸支する半球殻状の軸受部と、その頂部には内軸の軸状部を通すための開口部とを有する一方、外軸は、固定部の軸受部の先端側が入り込んだ状態で回転可能且つ傾倒動作可能に軸支される半球殻状の外側軸受部と、内軸の軸状部を挿通させるための中空軸であり外側軸受部に連通して設けられた円筒部と、外側軸受部の基端側の開口周りに傾倒動作検出用プッシュスイッチを押圧可能に設けられた押圧部とを有し、外軸の円筒部から出た内軸の軸状部の先端に前記押ボタンが接続され、外軸の円筒部の先端部に前記回転つまみが接続されている。特に
外軸の押圧部の外面には一対のボスが軸心を基準とした対称位置に各々形成され、環状回転体の内側には外軸の押圧部の外面の一対のボスが入り込む軸方向に沿って一対の溝が形成されている。

Claims (6)
- ケースと、押下動作、傾倒動作及び回転動作させる部材であって押下動作用の押ボタン及び回転動作用の回転つまみを有した操作部材と、操作部材を上記動作可能に支持する操作支持部と、操作支持部の後端側に当接可能に配置された傾倒動作検出用プッシュスイッチと、操作部材の後端側に当接可能に配置された押下動作検出用プッシュスイッチと、下記外軸の外側周りに回転可能に設けられた環状回転体と、環状回転体の回転を検出する回転動作検出用センサーとを備え、
前記操作部材は、前記押ボタン及び回転つまみの他、内軸とを備え、内軸は、ケースの操作部材挿通穴に通された軸状部と、軸状部の後端側に軸心合わせして配設され且つ下端面が押下動作検出用プッシュスイッチのキートップの先端面に当接する半球状支持部とを有しており、
前記操作支持部は、ケース内の操作部材挿通穴の対向位置に設けられた固定部と、固定部に乗せて支持された外軸とを備え、固定部は、内径側で内軸を傾倒動作可能に軸支し、外径側で外軸を回転可能且つ内軸と軸心を合わせて傾倒動作可能に軸支する半球殻状の軸受部と、その頂部には内軸の軸状部を通すための開口部とを有する一方、外軸は、固定部の軸受部の先端側が入り込んだ状態で回転可能且つ傾倒動作可能に軸支される半球殻状の外側軸受部と、内軸の軸状部を挿通させるための中空軸であり外側軸受部に連通して設けられた円筒部と、外側軸受部の基端側の開口周りに傾倒動作検出用プッシュスイッチを押圧可能に設けられた押圧部とを有し、外軸の円筒部から出た内軸の軸状部の先端に前記押ボタンが接続され、外軸の円筒部の先端部に前記回転つまみが接続されており、外軸の押
圧部の外面には一対のボスが軸心を基準とした対称位置に各々形成され、環状回転体の内側には外軸の押圧部の外面の一対のボスが入り込む軸方向に沿って一対の溝が形成されていることを特徴とする複合操作型入力装置。 - 請求項1記載の複合操作型入力装置において、前記傾倒動作検出用及び押下動作検出用プッシュスイッチは、固定接点に対応する可動接点と一体又は別体になったスナッププレートと、先端がスナッププレートの頂部に当接した軸方向に弾性伸縮可能なキートップとを有し、キートップの弾性力がスナッププレートに比べて大きく設定されていることを特徴とする複合操作型入力装置。
- 請求項1記載の複合操作型入力装置において、前記傾倒動作検出用及び押下動作検出用プッシュスイッチのキートップは、先端側本体部と基端側本体部との間にスプリングが介在された構成となっていることを特徴とする複合操作型入力装置。
- 請求項1記載の複合操作型入力装置において、ケースの操作面側の操作部材挿通穴の周りに等ピッチ間隔で複数個配設され且つ操作部材の軸状部の外面に直接的又は間接的に当接して付勢力を与える操作部材復帰用弾性体を備えていることを特徴とする複合操作型入力装置。
- 請求項1記載の複合操作型入力装置において、前記押下動作検出用プッシュスイッチの外側に挿入されており且つ先端側が操作部材の半球状支持部の底面に当接して軸方向に付勢するガタ止め用スプリングを有することを特徴とする複合操作型入力装置。
- 請求項1記載の複合操作型入力装置において、内軸の半球状支持部の外面には一対の溝が軸心を基準とした対称位置に軸方向に沿って各々形成され、操作支持部の固定部の内側軸受部の内面には操作部材の半球状支持部の一対の溝が入り込む一対のボスが操作部材の半球状支持部の傾倒動作中心に一致した高さ位置にあり、内軸の傾倒動作を可能にするとともに回転動作しないように形成されていることを特徴とする複合操作型入力装置。
