Description

図2には、MSDを生成するためのプロセスが示されている。図2は、とくに、端末105のだいたいの位置と、端末105によってとられた疑似範囲の測定値における予測誤差とが関連している例に関する。

Claims (2)
- セクター受信可能範囲マップを作成するための方法であって、
a)1つ以上のビーコンまでの任意の擬似範囲測定と無関係である第1の
サブシステムを使用して、移動端末の第1の位置を判断すること、
該第1のサブシステムは衛星位置判断サブシステムである、
b)与えられたビーコンの何れのセクターが移動端末にサービスしている
かを判断すること、
c)該与えられたビーコンの各セクターごとに、第1のサブシステムが判
断する位置であって、セクターが与えられた移動端末へサービスを提供
することができる位置の各々を示すセクター受信可能範囲マップを生成
すること、
ここにおいて、該与えられたビーコンに関する該セクター受信可能範囲マップは、該与えられたビーコンが該移動端末からの信号を受信する1つのセクターと、該第1のサブシステムを使用して判断された該移動端末の位置と、および該第1のサブシステムの精度より低い位置判断サブシステムによって判断された該移動端末の該位置と、を関連付けることにより生成される、
を具備する方法。 - コンピユータ読み出し可能な媒体であって、端末が位置する与えられたビーコンの特定のセクターを判断するためのデータ構造を有しコード化されており、該データ構造が、
a)ビーコンの、特定のセクターと関係付けられた複数の位置の第1のリストであって、各位置は、第1のサブシステムによって判断され、かつそこから端末が、該関係付けられたセクターによってサービスを受けることができる位置の第1のリストと、
b)該特定のセクターと関係付けられた複数位置の第2のリストであって、各位置は、第1のサブシステムよりも精度の低い第2のサブシステムによって判断され、かつそこから端末が、該複数位置のリストと関係付けられた特定のセクターによってサービスを受けることができる複数位置の第2のリストと、を持つコンピユータ読み出し可能な媒体。
