走行部(4)の後方にロータリー式の耕耘作業部(5)を備えると共に、当該耕耘作業部(5)の耕耘軸(18)の左右両側に、当該耕耘軸(18)に外挿される中空の爪軸(29)の外周に複数の耕耘爪(19)を装着してなるロータリー(30a、30b)が着脱自在な状態で取り付けられている管理機において、
前記ロータリー(30a、30b)の爪軸(29)は、外軸(40)と内軸(41)からなる第1の筒部材(38)と、前記外軸(40)と同一長さ及び同一径とした第2の筒部材(39)とで構成すると共に、
