Description
Claims (7)
- 内燃機関の排気通路に設けられた排気浄化装置と、
前記排気通路において前記排気浄化装置の上流側に設けられた排気温度センサと、
複数個の同一の一次遅れ要素にて表現した伝達関数を用い、前記排気温度センサにより検出した前記排気浄化装置の上流側の排気温度から前記排気浄化装置の下流側の排気温度を推定する温度推定手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記伝達関数の一次遅れ要素の時定数を前記内燃機関の運転状態に応じて可変設定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記複数の一次遅れ要素に加え、オフセット要素を用いて前記伝達関数を表現したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記排気通路において前記排気浄化装置の下流側に設けられ、排気中の特定成分の濃度を検出するセンサ素子及び該センサ素子を加熱するヒータを有するガスセンサを備え、前記センサ素子を活性状態に保つべく前記ヒータの通電制御を行う内燃機関の制御装置において、
前記温度推定手段により推定した排気温度に基づき、前記ガスセンサが排気熱から受ける影響を補償する補償手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記補償手段は、前記ガスセンサが排気熱から受ける影響に対する補償として、前記センサ素子による濃度検出値、又は前記ヒータの通電制御におけるヒータ通電量の少なくともいずれか一方を補正することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記排気浄化装置において発熱が生じる場合に、前記温度推定手段による排気温度の推定を禁止することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記排気温度センサを前記排気浄化装置の上流側に代えて下流側に設け、前記温度推定手段は、前記伝達関数の逆伝達関数を用いて、前記排気温度センサにより検出した下流側の排気温度から前記排気浄化装置の上流側の排気温度を推定することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
