Claims (6)
- 機関本体と、
前記機関本体の排気通路に設けられた排気後処理装置と、
を備える内燃機関を制御するための内燃機関の制御装置であって、
前記排気後処理装置に流入する排気の温度である第1排気温度を算出する第1排気温度算出部と、
前記排気後処理装置から流出した排気の温度である第2排気温度を算出する第2排気温度算出部と、
前記第1排気温度の時間変化率及び前記第2排気温度の時間変化率を算出する時間変化率算出部と、
前記第1排気温度の時間変化率と前記第2排気温度の時間変化率との相違に基づいて、前記排気後処理装置が前記排気通路から取り外された取り外し状態であるか否かを判定する判定部と、
を備え、
前記判定部は、
前記第1排気温度の時間変化率の絶対値と、前記第2排気温度の時間変化率の絶対値と、の差分値を一定数以上積算した積算値が所定閾値未満であれば、前記取り外し状態であると判定すると共に、所定の条件が成立しているときに、前記第1排気温度の時間変化率と前記第2排気温度の時間変化率との相違に基づく前記取り外し状態であるか否かの判定を実施するように構成されており、
前記所定の条件として、前記第1排気温度の時間変化率が所定変化率以下であることを含み、
前記所定変化率は、負の値である、
内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記第1排気温度算出部は、
前記排気後処理装置よりも排気流れ方向上流側の前記排気通路に設けられた第1排気温度センサの取り付け位置から前記排気後処理装置までの前記排気通路を流れる過程で低下する排気温度の低下量を算出する低下量算出部を備え、
前記第1排気温度センサの検出値から前記低下量を減算したものを前記第1排気温度として算出する、
請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記低下量算出部は、
吸入空気流量と外気温度とに基づいて、前記低下量を算出する、
請求項2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記所定の条件として、前記排気後処理装置内の温度分布の偏り度合が所定の偏り度合以下であることを含む、
請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記判定部は、
前記差分値を算出した期間の前記第1排気温度の平均値、又は当該平均値と相関関係にあるパラメータに基づいて、前記所定閾値を補正する補正部をさらに備え、
前記補正部は、
前記第1排気温度の平均値、又は当該平均値と相関関係にあるパラメータが小さいときには、大きいときと比較して前記所定閾値を大きくする、
請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記第1排気温度の平均値と相関関係にあるパラメータは、前記排気後処理装置内の温度である、
請求項5に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
