Description
機械式分離機を持つプラスチック管
1500本のプラスチック管に、リチウムヘパリン溶液をスプレー塗装して乾燥させた。プロテアーゼ阻害剤1バイアル当たり約22mlの脱イオン水を使用して、SIGMA(登録商標)プロテアーゼ阻害剤カクテルを脱イオン水に溶解することにより、安定剤が調製された。約300μlの安定剤溶液が、各管に入れられた。機械式分離機が、各管の閉鎖部(シリコーンで潤滑されたHEMOGUARD(登録商標)閉鎖部)に組み込まれて、閉鎖/分離アセンブリが管の上に配置された。次に、管が凍結乾燥されて排気された。その後、管は、1パウチ当たり約5本ずつ、乾燥剤とともにバリア・パッケージ内に入れられた。パウチはヒートシールされ、製品が無菌化された。

- 全血またはその成分を採取して安定させるための、無菌かつ排気された管であって、
前記管は第1の端部と、第2の端部と、血液を受けるための貯留部を画定する少なくとも1つの内壁と、該貯留部に血液を供給するために針穿刺可能な閉鎖手段とを有し、
前記貯留部は少なくとも2種の凍結乾燥されたプロテアーゼ阻害剤を含むタンパク質安定剤を含み、
第1の阻害剤はセリンプロテアーゼ阻害剤であり、第2の阻害剤は別の種類のプロテアーゼの阻害剤であることを特徴とする、

- 前記凍結乾燥されたプロテアーゼ阻害剤が、少なくとも1種のセリンプロテアーゼ阻害剤と、少なくとも1種のシステインプロテアーゼ阻害剤と、少なくとも1種のシステイン/セリンプロテアーゼ阻害剤と、アスパラギン酸プロテアーゼ阻害剤と、メタロプロテアーゼ阻害剤と、エキソペプチダーゼ阻害剤とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の管。
- 前記アスパラギン酸プロテアーゼ阻害剤が、カルパイン、N−アセチル−Leu−Leu−ノルロイシナール、N−アセチル−Leu−Leu−メチオニナール、ペプスタチン、VdLPFFVdL、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の管。
- 前記メタロプロテアーゼ阻害剤が、EDTA、1,10−フェナントロリン、ホスホラミドン及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の管。

前記一次管は、少なくとも2種のプロテアーゼ阻害剤を含む第1のタンパク質安定剤を含み、第1の阻害剤はセリンプロテアーゼ阻害剤であり、第2の阻害剤は別の種類のプロテアーゼの阻害剤であり、
前記二次管は、第2のタンパク質安定剤を含むことを特徴とするキット。 - 管から管への移送装置をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項28のキット。
- 前記第2の管は、前記管から管への移送装置を通して、前記第1の管から前記第2の管へ試料を吸引するような圧力に維持されることを特徴とする、請求項29に記載のキット。
