Description
(1)硫酸水素塩溶液を水に溶解させるステップ;
(2)水性で硫酸水素塩を含むこの水溶液に、実質的に亜塩素酸塩フリーで安定した水性塩素酸素溶液の形態の目的の最終生成物におけるpHが約3〜5に保持される分量の酸を添加するステップ;
(3)過酸化化合物を添加するステップ;
(4)水性亜塩素酸塩溶液を、溶液の色が茶から黄緑に変化するまで、滴下により添加するステップ。
・容易に利用及び取り扱うことができる。
・毒性的に危険性がない。
・環境に優しい。
・調合は大規模基準においてさえもコスト的に有利であり、また水の浄化のための応用技術の観点からも好適であるため、経済面からみて合理的に用いられる。
さらに例えば、表面の消毒・殺菌のための利用、皮膚状態の治療における医薬品の基本物質としての利用のみならず、他の全ての応用において有益である。
Claims (10)
- 反応手順において酸、水性媒体、過酸化化合物および水性亜塩素酸塩溶液を用い、次のステップを特徴とする、実質的に亜塩素酸塩フリーで安定した水性塩素酸素溶液の調合方法:
(1)硫酸水素塩化合物を水に溶解させるステップ;
(2)水性で硫酸水素塩を含むこの溶液に、実質的に亜塩素酸塩フリーで安定した水性塩素酸素溶液からなる目的の最終生成物におけるpHが3〜5に保持される分量の酸を添加するステップ;
(3)過酸化化合物を添加するステップ;
(4)水性亜塩素酸塩溶液を、溶液の色が茶から黄緑に変化するまで、滴下により添加するステップ。 - ステップ(1)における硫酸水素塩化合物として、硫酸水素のアルカリまたはアルカリ土類塩を用いる、請求項1記載の方法。
- ステップ(1)における硫酸水素塩化合物を、過酸化化合物の濃度に対して5〜20mol%の量で添加する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- ステップ(2)における酸として、希硫酸、特に1.0〜10Nの硫酸からなる酸を添加する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ステップ(3)における過酸化化合物が、過酸化水素、またはアルカリもしくはアルカリ土類金属の過酸化物から選択される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 亜塩素酸塩として、ステップ(4)で亜塩素酸ナトリウムを添加する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 1/4〜1/2時間の範囲内でステップ(4)を行う、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって得られ、実質的に亜塩素酸塩フリーで安定した水性塩素酸素水溶液であって、テトラクロロデカオキサイドの特徴である、塩素酸素溶液の黄緑色の色合いに似た明るい黄緑の溶液色をした活性酸素を含む錯体を有する水溶液。
- 請求項8記載の水性塩素酸素水溶液の、水、特に飲料水の浄化、または水泳プールの水および風呂の水の消毒への利用。
- 初期薬物として、処理対象の水1リットルあたり0.1〜0.3molの量の亜塩素酸塩が使用される、請求項9記載の水性塩素酸素溶液の利用。
