- 25℃에서 6.0< pKa <8.5이며,
2-[4-(2-히드록시에틸)피페라진-1-일]에탄 술폰산, 2-[[1,3-디히드록시-2-(히드록시메틸)프로판-2-일]아미노]에탄술폰산, 3-모르폴리노프로판-1- 술폰산, 1,4-피페라진디에탄설폰산으로 이루어진 그룹에서 하나 이상 선택되는 버퍼를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차아염소산수. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 버퍼를 포함하는 차아염소산수의 pH는 5.0~6.9의 범위로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차아염소산수. - 제1항에 있어서,
차아염소산 1 몰에 대해서 0.0001~0.1몰의 버퍼를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차아염소산수. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 차아염소산수는 무격막 전기분해에 의한 차아염소산수인 것을 특징으로 하는 차아염소산수. - 삭제
- 삭제
- 차아염소산수의 보존 기간을 연장시키는 방법에 있어서,
25℃에서 6.0< pKa <8.5 이며,
2-[4-(2-히드록시에틸)피페라진-1-일]에탄 술폰산, 2-[[1,3-디히드록시-2-(히드록시메틸)프로판-2-일]아미노]에탄술폰산, 3-모르폴리노프로판-1- 술폰산, 1,4-피페라진디에탄술폰산으로 이루어진 그룹에서 하나 이상 선택되는 버퍼를 차아염소산수에 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 삭제
- 제8항에 있어서, 버퍼를 포함하는 차아염소산수의 pH가 5.1~5.2의 범위에 있을 때, 버퍼를 보충하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
