Description
上記第1主軸台は、一対の脚部と該各脚部の上端間に配設され第1主軸を支持する主軸ケース部とを有し、該主軸ケース部の軸線を含みかつX軸と平行な平面を対称平面とする熱対称形をなすように構成されており、
上記第2主軸台は第1主軸台とのワーク受け渡し位置まで移動可能に構成され、
上記刃物台は、複数本の工具が装着されたタレットと、該タレットを上下(X軸)方向に移動可能に支持し、上記ベッドの水平をなす搭載面に配設された支持部材とを有し、上記第2主軸台がワーク受け渡し位置に位置しているとき、上記タレットが第1,第2主軸台の間でかつ上記軸線の下方に位置し、該軸線の垂直下方に切削点が位置し、垂直上方へ切り込まれるように構成されていることを特徴としている。

Claims (5)
- ベッドと、該ベッド上に配設された第1主軸台と、該第1主軸台と同軸をなしかつ軸線(Z軸)方向に移動可能に配設された第2主軸台と、上記第1,第2主軸台の間に上記軸線方向に移動可能に配設された刃物台とを備えた工作機械において、
上記第1主軸台は、一対の脚部と該各脚部の上端間に配設され第1主軸を支持する主軸ケース部とを有し、該主軸ケース部の軸線を含みかつX軸と平行な平面を対称平面とする熱対称形をなすように構成されており、
上記第2主軸台は第1主軸台とのワーク受け渡し位置まで移動可能に構成され、
上記刃物台は、複数本の工具が装着されたタレットと、該タレットを上下(X軸)方向に移動可能に支持し、上記ベッドの水平をなす搭載面に配設された支持部材とを有し、上記第2主軸台がワーク受け渡し位置に位置しているとき、上記タレットが第1,第2主軸台の間でかつ上記軸線の下方に位置し、該軸線の垂直下方に切削点が位置し、垂直上方へ切り込まれるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする工作機械。 - 請求項1において、上記第1主軸台は、トンネル形状をなしており、上記刃物台の支持部材は、上記第1主軸台のトンネル内に進退可能となっていることを特徴とする工作機械。
- 請求項2において、上記第2主軸台はベッド上に配設された一対の主軸ガイドレールにより上記軸線方向に移動可能に支持されており、上記刃物台の支持部材は、上記主軸ガイドレール上に搭載されており、該刃物台の駆動用ボールねじは上記一方の主軸ガイドレールに隣接するよう配置され、上記第2主軸台の駆動用ボールねじは他方の主軸ガイドレールに隣接するよう配置されていることを特徴とする工作機械。
- 請求項3において、上記ベッドの上記両主軸ガイドレールの間にはトラフが上方に開口する溝状に形成されていることを特徴とする工作機械。
- 請求項3において、上記第1,第2主軸台の軸線を通る垂直線は上記主軸ガイドレールの間の略中心を通ることを特徴とする工作機械。
