Claims (8)
- 上よこ糸(2)及び上たて糸(1)のセットを有する紙側用の1枚の個布;下よこ糸(6)及び下たて糸(5)のセットを有する機械側用の1枚の個布;及び、前記個布同士を結合する結合よこ糸(3);を具備する製紙用スクリーンであって、上よこ糸(2)が上たて糸(1)の下に延在する第一の位置(7)において、前記結合よこ糸(3)が前記上たて糸(1)の上に延在し、前記第一の位置(7)が前記上たて糸(1)の3本の群によって分離されており、その結合よこ糸(3)は、前記上たて糸(1)の3本の群の中央のたて糸(1)の位置に対応する位置に存在する前記下たて糸(5)の下に延在しており、前記結合よこ糸(3)が紙側用の1枚の個布と機械側用の1枚の個布とを一体化すると共に、紙側用の個布の構造中に組み込まれて、残りの上たて糸と上よこ糸と共に平面上にとどまるように構成されている、製紙用スクリーン。
- 2枚の個布が、1枚を紙側用の個布としてそして1枚を機械側用の個布として用いられてスクリーンを形成する、請求項1に記載の製紙用スクリーン。
- 紙側用の個布がリネン結合体として構成され、且つ、それぞれの結合よこ糸(3)が、関連たて糸(1)の上に延びる前記第一の位置(7)の箇所においてそれに関して角度の大きさを規定し、この大きさが下に延びるよこ糸(2)の対応的に形成された角度の大きさに等しい、請求項1又は2に記載の製紙用スクリーン。
- 機械側用の個布が多シャンク結合体であり、3又は4本のたて糸(5)が機械側用の個布のよこ糸(6)の上に延びそして1本のたて糸(5)が機械側用の個布のよこ糸の下に延び、且つそれぞれの結合よこ糸(3)が、かかる上への延び部(9)の箇所の外で又は該箇所において機械側用の個布から紙側用の個布に変わる、請求項2又は3に記載の製紙用スクリーン。
- 多シャンク結合体が、四シャンク又は五シャンク結合体である、請求項4に記載の製紙用スクリーン。
- それぞれの結合よこ糸(3)が、紙側における個布のそれぞれのよこ糸(2)の直径と同じ直径を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の製紙用スクリーン。
- 紙側用の個布の上よこ糸(2)と結合よこ糸(3)の機能的分離の結果として、かかる糸が異なる材料から成る、請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載の製紙用スクリーン。
- スクリーンの横方向の安定性を増加するために、上よこ糸(2)がポリエステル材料から成りそして結合よこ糸(3)がポリアミド材料から成る、請求項7に記載の製紙用スクリーン。
