Description
ドイツ連邦共和国特許第19946833号明細書に基づいて公知の液体を制御する弁は、弁部材を操作するために圧電ユニットを有している。弁部材は弁本体の孔内に軸方向摺動可能に配置されていて、一方の端部に弁閉鎖部材を有している。この弁閉鎖部材は、弁本体に設けられた少なくとも1つの座と共働して弁の開閉のために働き、この場合弁閉鎖部材は系圧をもつ低圧領域を高圧領域から隔てる。さらに、高圧領域の液体を取り出すことによって低圧領域の漏れ量を補償もしくはバランスするための充てん装置が設けられている。この充てん装置は、絞り孔を有する通路を備えて形成されている。絞り孔の直径は、この絞り孔を通過する高圧領域からの容積流が、規定された最小高圧時に低圧領域の漏れ量を補償するように、設計されている。
このような従来技術における欠点を排除するために本発明の構成では、液体を制御する弁であって、弁室が設けられていて、該弁室が、アクチュエータを介して制御可能な弁閉鎖部材の位置に関連して高圧領域と接続可能であり、かつ低圧領域との接続部を有している形式のものにおいて、弁室と低圧領域との間の接続部の絞り作用が、弁室と高圧領域との間の接続部の開放時における、弁室の圧力上昇の調節を目的として、変化可能であるようにした。このように構成された本発明による液体を制御する弁には、従来技術に比べて、液体の制御が弁の組立て後にも所望のように調節可能である、という利点がある。
次に図面を参照しながら、本発明による液体を制御する弁の1実施例を説明する。
図2は、ニードル行程の時間的な経過と、それに対応する、図1に示された弁の漏れ流出通路における時間的な圧力経過とを示す線図であり、
図3は、ニードル行程の時間的な経過に対応する噴射量の経過を、燃料噴射弁の制御時間tに関連して示す線図である。
図1に示された実施例において本発明による弁は、自動車の内燃機関用の燃料噴射弁において使用されている。図示の構成では燃料噴射弁1は、内燃機関の燃焼室に燃料を噴射するためのコモンレール・インジェクタとして形成されている。
Claims (3)
- 液体を制御する弁(1)であって、弁室(14)が設けられていて、該弁室(14)が、アクチュエータを介して制御可能な弁閉鎖部材(11)の位置に関連して高圧領域(2)と接続可能であり、かつ低圧領域(16)との接続部(15)を有している形式のものにおいて、弁室(14)と低圧領域(16)との間の接続部(15)の絞り作用が、弁室(14)と高圧領域(12)との間の接続部の開放時における、弁室(14)の圧力上昇(20,21)の調節を目的として、変化可能であり、弁室(14)と低圧領域(16)との間の接続部(15)の絞り作用が、該接続部(15)に組み込まれていて可変の絞り横断面をもって形成された絞り(17)によって、変化可能であり、アクチュエータの液圧式の圧力増幅装置(9)が、弁室(14)における圧力(p 1)に関連して圧力増幅装置(9)の作用形式が変化するように、弁室(14)と液圧的に接続されていることを特徴とする、液体を制御する弁。
- 弁室と低圧領域との間の接続部の流過横断面が、規定された絞り作用を有する各1つの絞りを接続部に挿入することによって、可変である、請求項1記載の弁。
- 弁室と低圧領域との間の接続部の長さが変化可能である、請求項1又は2記載の弁。
