Description
このうちEPSパネルと発泡ポリウレタンパネルは耐火性能確保が不可能なので耐火性能が求められる部位には適用不可能であり、さらに不燃性能も確保されなくて適用可能な部位が極めて微弱であり、室内側で観察される部位にも適用できない使用用途の制約を持っている。

Claims (16)
- 超軽量セラミックパネルであって、
発泡性粘土鉱物及びガラスにより生成されるガラス状内に炭化ケイ素の酸化反応を通じて発生する二酸化炭素、及び酸化鉄の還元反応を通じて発生する酸素ガスを内部に閉じ込めることによって生成される多数の閉気孔組織よりなり、
前記セラミックパネルが、
90乃至98重量%の発泡性粘土鉱物と、
1乃至5重量%の融剤としてのガラスと、及び
0.5乃至5重量%の発泡剤としての炭化ケイ素を含む混合物をパネル形態に加圧成型し、及び成形体を焼成及び発泡することにより得られてなり、
前記発泡性粘土鉱物が、
61.5乃至70重量%のSiO 2 と、
15乃至20重量%のAl 2 O 3 と、
1乃至5重量%のFe 2 O 3 と、
2乃至4重量%のCaOと、
1乃至3重量%のMgOと、
0.5乃至1.5重量%のK 2 Oと、及び
2乃至5重量%のNa 2 Oを含んでなるものである、超軽量セラミックパネル。 - 前記閉気孔の気孔密度が343乃至1、000個/cm3である、請求項1に記載の超軽量セラミックパネル。
- 前記閉気孔の気孔体積がパネルの総体積に対して74乃至89%である、請求項1に記載の超軽量セラミックパネル。
- 前記セラミックパネルの透水率が0乃至5%である、請求項1に記載の超軽量セラミックパネル。
- 前記セラミックパネルの密度が0.3乃至0.7g/cm3である、請求項1に記載の超軽量セラミックパネル。
- 前記セラミックパネルの難燃性がKS F2271による難燃1級である、請求項1に記載の超軽量セラミックパネル。
- 前記セラミックパネルの線膨張率が13.8乃至40.2%である、請求項1に記載の超軽量セラミックパネル。
- 前記セラミックパネルの曲げ強度が8乃至50kgf/cm2である、請求項1に記載の超軽量セラミックパネル。
- 前記セラミックパネルの遠赤外線放射率が0.90乃至0.93であり、遠赤外線放射エネルギーが350乃至400W/m2である、請求項1に記載の超軽量セラミックパネル。
- 前記セラミックパネルの熱伝導率が0.10乃至0.13W/m・Kである、請求項1に記載の超軽量セラミックパネル。
- 前記セラミックパネルの撓み強度が40乃至80kgf/cm2である、請求項1に記載の超軽量セラミックパネル。
- 前記セラミックパネルの上下両面に鋼板が接着されサンドイッチ構造を有する、請求項1に記載の超軽量セラミックパネル。
- 前記セラミックパネルと鋼板の接着に使われる接着剤がエポキシ系、ウレタン系及びEVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate)系の中から選ばれる1種以上である、請求項12に記載の超軽量セラミックパネル。
- 前記セラミックパネルの一側面には突出部が形成され、対向する他の一側面には凹溝部が形成され、該突出部及び凹溝部の結合により隣接する二つのセラミックパネルが組立てられる、請求項1に記載の超軽量セラミックパネル。
- 超軽量セラミックパネルの製造方法であって、
90乃至98重量%の発泡性粘土鉱物と、1乃至5重量%の融剤としてのガラスと、及び0.5乃至5重量%の発泡剤としての炭化ケイ素を混合し、
混合物をパネル形態に加圧成形し、及び
成形体を焼成及び発泡することを含んでなるものであり、
前記発泡性粘土鉱物が、
61.5乃至70重量%のSiO 2 と、
15乃至20重量%のAl 2 O 3 と、
1乃至5重量%のFe 2 O 3 と、
2乃至4重量%のCaOと、
1乃至3重量%のMgOと、
0.5乃至1.5重量%のK 2 Oと、及び
2乃至5重量%のNa 2 Oを含んでなるものである、製造方法。 - 前記焼成及び発泡段階が1,100乃至1,200℃の温度で行なわれる、請求項15に記載の超軽量セラミックパネルの製造方法。
