Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种保温外墙墙体,该外墙墙体是在两行空心砖(3)及(5)之间置有保温层(4),两行空心砖(3)及(5)的每一层空心砖层之间的间隙中置有金属连接件(7),该外墙墙体具有重量轻、保温隔热、隔音等优点。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种建筑物的墙体,具体为一种保温外墙墙体。
目前的建筑物的外墙墙体,是由空心砖砌成,外侧再抹以水泥砂浆层和镶上瓷砖,内侧再抹以砂灰浆和内墙面材料。这种外墙墙体的保温隔热性能不理想,特别是在严冬寒冷的北方地区,由于建筑物应用此种保温性能不理想的外墙墙体,室内的热量易从外墙墙体扩散出去,因此致使室内温度下降,为了保持具有较为适宜的温度,就要增加采暖设备(暖气)的负荷,这样就增加了燃煤等能源材料的消耗。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种保温外墙墙体,该保温外墙墙体具有较好的保温隔热性能,因此在严冬季节的北方地区采用此种外墙墙体构成的建筑物,室内可保持热量不扩散,以维持适宜的室温,同时也节省燃煤等能源材料。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的保温外墙墙体,是在砌筑的二行空心砖之间置有保温层,在砌筑的每二层空心砖之间的间隙中置有横向穿过保温层的金属连接件。
本实用新型的保温外墙墙体,在墙体中间设置有保温层,因保温层具有质轻、绝热、吸音、耐潮湿等优点,所以该外墙墙体,具有重量轻、保温隔热、隔音等优点,严寒的冬季,可使室内热量不易扩散,提高室内保温效果,减轻采暖设施的负荷,可节省燃煤等能源材料。

本实用新型的保温外墙墙体,是由砌成的一行空心砖3和一行空心砖5组成,在其外侧置有水泥砂浆层2和瓷面砖1,内侧置有砂灰浆及内墙面6,其特征在于:在两行空心砖3及5之间设置有由保温材料构成的保温层4,在两行空心砖3和5的每一层空心砖层的间隙中置有金属连接件7。
所说的两行空心砖3和5的每一层空心层的间隙中置有的金属连接件7,是其两端弯成直角状的钢筋件,该钢筋件横向穿过保温层4,钢筋件两端直角端水平状置于空心砖层的间隙中。
构成保温层4的保温材料,可选择泡沫塑料,泡沫橡胶或其它保温材料。

1.一种保温外墙墙体,是由砌成的一行空心砖(3)和一行空心砖(4)组成,其外侧置有水泥砂浆层(3)和瓷面砖(1),内侧置有砂灰浆及内墙面(6),其特征在于:在两行空心砖(3)及(5)之间设置有由保温材料构成的保温层(4),在两行空心砖(3)及(5)的每一层空心砖层的间隙中置有金属连接件(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温外墙墙体,其特征在于:所说的两行空心砖(3)及(5)的每一层空心砖层的间隙中置有的金属连接件(7),是其两端弯成直角状的钢筋件,该钢筋件横向穿过保温层(4),钢筋件两端直角端水平状置于空心砖层的间隙中。
