Claims (2)
- 部材の幅方向に一列に形成された複数の突起部が、部材搬送方向に渡って略一定のピッチで配列された薄板材料を、プレス装置内で一定方向に搬送し、該プレス装置のクランクに取り付けられた上型部と、前記薄板材料の搬送面を有する下型部とでプレスすることにより加工を行う金型に用いられる薄板材料の位置決め機構であって、
前記下型部は、
前記薄板材料の隣接する前記突起部同士の隙間に挿入可能な先端部を備えた歯部を、前記突起部のピッチに対応するピッチで外周に複数有すると共に、前記下型の前記搬送面に前記歯部が突出して前記薄板材料に噛み合う歯車部と、
外周の一方向に山部を有し、前記歯車部と回転軸を同一にし一体的に回転するカム部と、を備え、
前記上型部は、
前記下型部の前記カム部の山部に嵌合する輪郭を有する谷部を有し、該谷部の開放端を、前記下型部に向けるカム受け部を備え、
前記上型部の下降時に、前記上型部のカム受け部の谷部に、前記下型部のカム部の山部がならって入り、嵌合することにより、前記カム部と前記歯車とが一方向に微動回転し、前記搬送面上の薄板材料を、前記微動回転の方向に対応する方向に微動させ、位置決めを行うことを特徴とする薄板材料の位置決め機構。 - 前記歯部の数は、前記薄板材料の搬送長さ内にある前記薄板材料の隣接する突起部同士の隙間の数と同一、または、その約数であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の薄板材料の位置決め機構。
