Description
Claims (14)
- インジェクタ、特に蓄圧式噴射システムのための駆動ユニットとしてのアクチュエータであって、該アクチュエータが、管状ばね(4)内に配置された圧電スタック(3)と、ヘッドプレート(2)と、底プレートとを有している形式のものにおいて、アクチュエータ(1)はインジェクタケーシング(7)の組付け孔(14)内に配置されており、アクチュエータ(1)のヘッドプレート(2)が、かしめ範囲(5)によってインジェクタケーシング(7)に固定されており、インジェクタケーシング(7)には組付け孔(14)に貫通する切欠き(8)が形成されており、切欠き(8)内には付加材料(6)が配置されており、切欠き(8)内において付加材料(6)が押圧されることにより、付加材料(6)とヘッドプレート(2)及びインジェクタケーシング(7)との間にかしめ範囲(5)が形成されていることを特徴とする、インジェクタのための駆動ユニットとしてのアクチュエータ。
- かしめ範囲(5)が、ヘッドプレート(2)の側部に配置されている、請求項1記載のアクチュエータ。
- かしめ範囲(5)が、ヘッドプレート(2)の上部範囲に配置されている、請求項1又は2記載のアクチュエータ。
- かしめ範囲(5)が、ヘッドプレート(2)の外周に対して半径方向に配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のアクチュエータ。
- かしめ範囲(5)が、ヘッドプレート(2)の外周に対してほぼ接線状に配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のアクチュエータ。
- ヘッドプレート(2)に、かしめのために適宜な溝深さを備えた表面構造が形成されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のアクチュエータ。
- ヘッドプレート(2)に設けられた表面構造が、部分的又は完全に環状の溝(12)の形で形成されている、請求項6記載のアクチュエータ。
- ヘッドプレート(2)が、円筒状に形成されており、前記ヘッドプレート(2)に設けられた表面構造が、雄ねじ山の形で形成されている、請求項6記載のアクチュエータ。
- ヘッドプレート(2)とインジェクタケーシング(7)との間の結合が、4つのかしめ範囲(5)により形成されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか記載のアクチュエータ。
- 4つのかしめ範囲(5)が、次の形でに配置されている、すなわち、それぞれ2つのかしめ範囲(5)が、ヘッドプレート(2)で向かい合うように配置されている、請求項9記載のアクチュエータ。
- ヘッドプレート(2)及び/又はインジェクタケーシング(7)が、焼入れ鋼から製造されている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のアクチュエータ。
- 焼入れ鋼として、42CrMo4が使用される、請求項11記載のアクチュエータ。
- 切欠き(8)が、アクチュエータの電気的なコネクタ接続部のための固定装置として働く、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のアクチュエータ。
- 電気的なコネクタ接続部が、プラスチック押出被覆部の形で形成されている、請求項13記載のアクチュエータ。
