図1は本発明を実施するディスク基板成形用金型の要部縦断面図であり、図2は本発明を実施するディスク基板成形用金型の他の例における図1との相違個所の拡大断面図であり、図3はディスク基板を貼り合わせた光ディスクの中心開口近傍の拡大断面図であり、図4は従来のディスク基板成形用金型の要部縦断面図である。

Claims (1)
- 一方のディスク基板の情報エリアと他方のディスク基板の無情報エリアとを同位置で対向するように貼り合わせる際における前記無情報エリアを有する前記他方のディスク基板を成形する金型であって、前記金型はスタンパと内周スタンパ押えを備えず、前記他方のディスク基板の前記無情報エリアに対応する前記金型のキャビティ面は、鏡面板のピットを有しない平滑面からなり、前記鏡面板の内孔には円筒状部材がその端面と前記キャビティ面との高さが調整可能となるようにスペーサを介して嵌挿され、前記円筒状部材の内孔にはエジェクタ又はスプルブッシュが設けられるとともに、前記円筒状部材のキャビティ側端面には環状突出部が設けられたことを特徴とするディスク基板成形用金型。
