Description
(A)ジイソプロピルエーテル及びヘキサンから選ばれる少なくとも1種、及び
(B)フッ素系溶剤であって、常圧下での沸点が、該(A)成分の沸点よりも30℃以上高く且つ180℃以下であるフッ素系溶剤を、
(A)/(B)の重量比が95/5〜50/50で含むことを特徴とする含フッ素シリコーンコーティング剤用希釈剤である。
(i)1分子当たり、少なくとも2つの不飽和基を有する含フッ素オルガノシロキサンであって、該オルガノシロキサン重量の20〜40重量%のフッ素原子を含むオルガノシロキサン
(ii)1分子当たり、少なくとも3つのSiH結合を有するオルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサン、及び
(iii)白金族金属系触媒。
ここで、R2は炭素数2〜10のアルケニル基であり、具体的にはビニル基、アリル基、へキセニル基などが挙げられる。R1は非置換又は置換の炭素数1〜10の、脂肪族不飽和基を除く1価炭化水素基であり、例えばメチル基、エチル基、プロピル基、ブチル基等のアルキル基、シクロヘキシル基等のシクロアルキル基、フェニル基、トリル基等のアリール基及びこれらの基の水素原子の一部又は全部をヒドロキシ基、シアノ基等で置換したヒドロキシプロピル基、シアノエチル基などが挙げられる。aは1,2又は3、x、y、zはそれぞれx≧0、y≧1、z≧0の整数である。
(式中、Meはメチル基、Viはビニル基を表し、Rf、x、y、zはそれぞれ上述のとおりである。)
式中、R3は上記R1、Rfと同様の基から選ばれる少なくとも1種の基であり、bは0又は1、p及びqはそれぞれp≧1、q≧0の整数である。ただし、p+2bは3以上である。
実施例
下記式Iで示されるアルケニル置換基及び含フッ素置換基含有オルガノポリシロキサンに対して、下記式IIに示すオルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサンをSi-H基/Vi基のモル比が2.5となるように混合したもの100部に3−メチル−1−ブチン−3−オール0.6部を添加し、さらに塩化白金酸とビニルシロキサンとの錯塩を白金量で30ppmとなるように添加して含フッ素シリコーンコーティング剤を得た。
上式において、Meはメチル基、Viはビニル基、Rfは下記の基を表す。
上記含フッ素シリコーンコーティング剤を、表1に示す組成の希釈剤を用いて、固形分が5%になるように希釈した。得られた含フッ素シリコーンコーティング組成物について、下記方法で、表面状態、剥離力、残留接着力を評価した。結果を表1に示す。
各コーティング組成物をワイヤードクターNo.7を用いて、厚さ38μmのPETフィルム上に、塗工量が0.5g/m2となるように塗工した。塗工後、150℃で60秒間熱処理して剥離フィルムを作成した。得られた塗膜の表面に、組成物がはじかれている箇所を目視にて数えた。
評価基準
A:ハジキなし
B:ハジキ3個未満
C:ハジキ3〜5個
D:ハジキ6個以上
(b)剥離力
(a)で得られた剥離フィルムの塗膜上に幅19mmのシリコーン系粘着テープ(ニトフロンNo.903UL、日東電工株式会社製)を貼り合せ、25g/cm2の荷重下、25℃及び70℃でそれぞれ20時間エージングした。引張り試験機を用いて、粘着テープを180度の角度で剥離速度0.3m/分で剥がし、剥離に要する力(N/19mm)を測定した。
(c)残留接着率
(a)で得られた剥離フィルムの塗膜上に、(b)で使用したのと同様の粘着テープを貼り合せ、25g/cm2の荷重下、70℃で20時間エージングした。エージング後、粘着テープを剥がし、SUS板に貼り付けた。この粘着テープを、引張り試験機を用いて180度の角度で剥離速度0.3m/分で剥がし、剥離に要する力F1(N/19mm)を測定した。ブランク試験として、粘着テープをSUS板から剥離するのに要する力F0(N/19mm)を測定し、F1/F0(%)を求めた。

- 含フッ素シリコーンコーティング剤用の希釈剤であって、
(A)ジイソプロピルエーテル及びヘキサンから選ばれる少なくとも1種、及び
(B)フッ素系溶剤であって、常圧下での沸点が、該(A)成分の沸点よりも30℃以上高く且つ180℃以下である、フッ素系溶剤を、
(A)/(B)の重量比が95/5〜50/50で含むことを特徴とする含フッ素シリコーンコーティング剤用希釈剤。 - (B)フッ素系溶剤が、パーフルオロオクタン、パーフルオロ−2−ブチルテトラヒドロフラン、及びヘキサフルオロキシレンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種である、請求項1記載の含フッ素シリコーンコーティング剤用希釈剤。
- 含フッ素シリコーンコーティング剤が、
(i)1分子当たり、少なくとも2つの不飽和基を有する含フッ素オルガノシロキサンであって、フッ素原子を該含フッ素オルガノシロキサン重量の20〜40重量%で含む含フッ素オルガノシロキサン
(ii)1分子当たり、少なくとも3つのSiH結合を有するオルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサン、及び
(iii)白金族金属系触媒
を含む、請求項1または2記載の含フッ素シリコーンコーティング剤用希釈剤。 - 含フッ素シリコーンコーティング剤が、剥離紙形成用である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の含フッ素シリコーンコーティング剤用希釈剤。
- 前記剥離紙が、シリコーン粘着層用の剥離紙である請求項4記載の含フッ素シリコーンコーティング剤用希釈剤。
- (i)1分子当たり、少なくとも2つの不飽和基を有する含フッ素オルガノシロキサンであって、該オルガノシロキサン重量の20〜40重量%のフッ素原子を含むオルガノシロキサン
(ii)1分子当たり、少なくとも3つのSiH結合を有するオルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサン、
(iii)白金族金属系触媒、及び
(iv)希釈剤
を含み、(iv)希釈剤が、
(A)ジイソプロピルエーテル及びヘキサンから選ばれる少なくとも1種及び
(B)フッ素系溶剤であって、常圧下での沸点が、該(A)成分の沸点よりも30℃以上高く且つ180℃以下であるフッ素系溶剤を、(A)/(B)の重量比が95/5〜50/50で含む、含フッ素シリコーンコーティング組成物。 - (iv)希釈剤が、組成物重量の80〜99重量%で含まれる請求項6記載の含フッ素シリコーンコーティング組成物。
- 含フッ素シリコーンコーティング剤に希釈剤を添加する工程を含む、コーティング方法において、
該希釈剤として、(A)ジイソプロピルエーテル及びヘキサンから選ばれる少なくとも1種及び(B)フッ素系溶剤であって、常圧下での沸点が、該(A)成分の沸点よりも30℃以上高く且つ180℃以下であるフッ素系溶剤を、(A)/(B)の重量比95/5〜50/50で使用することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記フッ素系溶剤(B)が、パーフルオロオクタン、パーフルオロ−2−ブチルテトラヒドロフラン、及びヘキサフルオロキシレンからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項8記載の方法。
