Description
実験室にて真空溶解を行ない、質量%で、Alを0.3%含有し、Si量を変化させた鋼片を熱間圧延にて板厚2.3mmとし、熱延板焼鈍を900℃で60秒行ない、酸洗を経て冷間圧延にて板厚0.35mmとした。そして仕上焼鈍を施し、加工性が損なわれない結晶粒径の範囲として10〜40μmに調整した試料について引張試験を行ない、降伏強度(YP)を評価した。
実験室にて真空溶解を行ない、質量%で、Si:2.0%、Al:2.0%、Mg:0.0000〜0.0010%、Ti:0.0010%、C:0.0010%を含む鋼片を作製し、熱間圧延にて仕上温度を800〜900℃、巻取温度を600〜700℃に変化させた後、酸洗を経て板厚0.35mmまで冷間圧延した。そして800℃で30秒の仕上焼鈍を施した後に結晶粒径を評価した。
実験室にて真空溶解を行ない、質量%で、Si:2.8%、Al:2.2%、Mg:0.0015%、Ti:0.0007〜0.0020%、C:0.0007〜0.0020%を含む鋼片を作製し、熱間圧延にて仕上温度を850℃、巻取温度を620℃に変化させた後、酸洗を経て板厚0.35mmまで冷間圧延した。そして、800℃で30秒の仕上焼鈍にて結晶粒径を評価した。
Claims (4)
- 質量%で、C:0.0010%以上0.010%以下、Si:1.5%以上3.5%以下、Mn:1.5%以下、Al:0.2%以上3.0%以下、Ti:0.0010%以上0.010%以下、Mg:0.0003%以上0.0050%以下を含有し、残部Fe及び不可避不純物からなり、製品板の結晶粒径dが5μm以上40μm以下で、かつ、d≦50×(Si+0.5Al−2)の関係を満たし、板厚が0.35mm以下、降伏応力が400MPa以上であることを特徴とする無方向性電磁鋼板。
- 請求項1記載の成分組成からなる鋼片を熱間圧延後、冷間圧延を施し、次いで、仕上焼鈍を施す無方向性電磁鋼板の製造方法において、熱間圧延の仕上温度を830℃以上、巻取温度を650℃以下とし、仕上焼鈍温度を750℃以上830℃以下とすることを特徴とする無方向性電磁鋼板の製造方法。
- 請求項2記載の高い降伏強度を有する無方向性電磁鋼板の製造方法において、冷延前の結晶粒径を150μm以下とすることを特徴とする無方向性電磁鋼板の製造方法。
- 請求項2又は3記載の高い降伏強度を有する無方向性電磁鋼板の製造方法において、熱延板焼鈍温度を830℃以上950℃以下、650℃までの冷却速度を10℃/sec以上とすることを特徴とする無方向性電磁鋼板の製造方法。
