Description
このようにすれば,接合箇所に的確に赤外線を照射することができる。
以下,本発明を具体化した第1の形態について,添付図面を参照しつつ詳細に説明する。本形態は,複数枚の光学レンズを組み合わせた光学レンズ組に本発明を適用したものである。
次に,本発明を具体化した第2の形態について,添付図面を参照しつつ詳細に説明する。本形態は,CCD等の固体撮像素子を有するカメラ等に用いられる光学レンズ組であり,3枚以上の光学レンズを有する光学レンズ組に本発明を適用したものである。
例えば,上記の各形態に示した各レンズや鏡筒の形状や個数は一例であり,用途等に応じて適宜変更可能である。
また例えば,接合部L1,L2の配置や個数も適宜変更可能である。また,赤外線レーザを照射しつつレーザヘッドを円周状に移動させてもよい。
また例えば,溶着のために照射する光線は,赤外線吸収剤によって吸収される赤外線であればよく,必ずしも赤外線レーザでなくても良い。

Claims (4)
- 2以上の透明樹脂レンズを組み合わせてなる組み合わせレンズの製造方法において,
少なくとも1つの透明樹脂レンズとして赤外線吸収剤を含有するものを用い,
その透明樹脂レンズの周縁部と他の透明樹脂レンズの周縁部との接合部に赤外線を,一方の透明樹脂レンズを透過して接合部に至るように照射して溶着させることにより,当該2つの透明樹脂レンズを接合し,
接合された透明樹脂レンズを鏡筒へ組み込み,透明樹脂レンズと鏡筒との接合部に赤外線を,透明樹脂レンズを透過して接合部に至るように照射して溶着させることにより,透明樹脂レンズと鏡筒とを接合することを特徴とする組み合わせレンズの製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の組み合わせレンズの製造方法において,
前記溶着のために照射する赤外線は,赤外線レーザであることを特徴とする組み合わせレンズの製造方法。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の組み合わせレンズの製造方法において,
透明樹脂レンズと鏡筒とを接合するときに照射する赤外線は,透明樹脂レンズ同士を接合するときに照射する赤外線に比して,透明樹脂レンズによる吸収量が少ない波長のものであることを特徴とする組み合わせレンズの製造方法。 - 請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1つに記載の組み合わせレンズの製造方法において,
透明樹脂レンズと鏡筒とを接合するときには,透明樹脂レンズ同士を接合するときに赤外線を照射した位置と異なる位置に赤外線を照射することを特徴とする組み合わせレンズの製造方法。
