Abstract
【解決手段】 アウターレンズ40の内側にアウターレンズより狭い領域を覆うように配置されたインナーレンズ30を有する車輌用灯具10の上記インナーレンズを含む2つの部材をレーザ溶着により接合する車輌用灯具の製造方法であって、上記接合される2つの部材はそれぞれ接合面23、32を備え、上記2つの接合面を界面にレーザ吸収剤を含んだ状態で重ね合わせる工程と、一方の部材の接合面の背面からレーザ光71を上記レーザ吸収剤に対して照射する工程とを含む。

Claims (5)
- アウターレンズの内側にアウターレンズより狭い領域を覆うように配置されたインナーレンズを有する車輌用灯具の上記インナーレンズを含む2つの部材をレーザ溶着により接合する車輌用灯具の製造方法において、
上記接合される2つの部材はそれぞれ接合面を備え、
上記2つの接合面を界面にレーザ吸収剤を含んだ状態で重ね合わせる工程と、
一方の部材の接合面の背面からレーザ光を上記レーザ吸収剤に対して照射する工程とを含む
ことを特徴とする車輌用灯具の製造方法。 - 上記レーザ吸収剤はインナーレンズの材料樹脂に練り込まれている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車輌用灯具の製造方法。 - レーザ光を照射する工程において、レーザ光はインナーレンズを透過すると共にインナーレンズの接合面において収束するようにされている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車輌用灯具の製造方法。 - 上記レーザ吸収剤はインナーレンズの接合面に相対する部材の接合面に、例えば、塗装等によって付与されており、
レーザ光はインナーレンズを透過して照射される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車輌用灯具の製造方法。 - 2つの部材の接合面の間にレーザ吸収剤を練り込んだシートが介挿される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車輌用灯具の製造方法。
