Description
定時間を超えると、PM強制再生処理の実行終了条件が成立していなくとも車両走行制限が解除される。このため、走行制限の期間が過剰に長引くようなことがなくなる。更に、走行制限が解除されたときにPM強制再生処理は終了されずに継続されるため、再生効率の低下を抑えることが可能となる。
、上記したような間接的な走行制限を実施する代わりに若しくは併行して、シフトロックや速度制限等のような直接的な走行制限を実施するようにしてもよい。

Claims (3)
- 内燃機関の排気通路に設けられたパティキュレートフィルタと、
前記内燃機関および/または前記内燃機関を搭載した車両の状態が再生条件を満たしている時に前記パティキュレートフィルタのPM強制再生処理を行う再生処理手段と、
PM強制再生処理実行時に前記内燃機関を搭載した車両の走行を制限する制限手段と、
PM強制再生処理実行開始からの経過時間を計測する計時手段と、
PM強制再生処理の実行終了条件が成立する前に前記計時手段の計測値が一定時間を超えると、前記制限手段による制限を解除させるとともに前記再生処理手段によるPM強制再生処理を継続させる再生制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする内燃機関の排気浄化装置。 - 請求項1において、前記再生制御手段は、前記制限手段による制限を解除した後に前記再生条件が不成立となるまで又はPM強制再生処理の実行終了条件が成立するまで前記再生処理手段によるPM強制再生処理を継続させることを特徴とする内燃機関の排気浄化装置。
- 請求項1において、前記再生制御手段は、前記制限手段による制限を解除した時点で前記パティキュレートフィルタに残存しているPM量が所定量より少ない場合は、PM強制再生処理の実行終了条件が成立するまで、前記再生処理手段によるPM強制再生処理を継続させることを特徴とする内燃機関の排気浄化装置。
