Claims (1)
- 多気筒エンジンの吸気ポートに連なる複数の吸気道(21 ,22 )と,これら吸気道(21 ,22 )を開閉する複数のスロットル弁(51 ,52 )と,上流端が大気に開口する共通のバイパス上流通路(12a)と,各下流端が対応するスロットル弁(51 ,52 )より下流側の吸気道(21 ,22 )に開口する複数のバイパス下流通路(12b1 ,12b2 )と,バイパス上流通路(12a)の下流端と複数のバイパス下流通路(12b1 ,12b2 )の上流端との間を連通させると共に,その連通度合いを制御するバイパス制御弁(10)とを備える,多気筒エンジン用吸気装置において,
バイパス制御弁(10)を,シリンダ状の弁室(18)と,この弁室(18)に摺動可能に嵌装されるピストン状の弁体(26)とで構成し,その弁室(18)の一端面にバイパス上流通路(12a)の下流端を開口させ,弁室(18)の側面に複数のバイパス下流通路(12b1 ,12b2 )の上流端を,弁室(18)の軸線(Y)を含む平面(P1)の一側方に片寄せして開口させ,これらバイパス下流通路(12b1 ,12b2 )の上流端を弁体(26)の摺動によって開閉することにより,バイパス上流通路(12a)及びバイパス下流通路(12b1 ,12b2 )間の連通度合いを制御するようにし,
弁体(26)の中心部のねじ孔(31)に螺合する出力軸(30)を正,逆転させることにより弁体(26)を開閉する電動アクチュエータ(25)を備え,
スロットルボディ(1)の一側面に,前記弁室(18)が形成される制御ブロック(15)を接合し,該制御ブロック(15)のスロットルボディ(1)との接合面(15a)に前記バイパス上流通路(12a)及びバイパス下流通路(12b 1 ,12b 2 )を開口させ,
弁体(26)の回転を阻止する回り止め手段(27,28)を,弁室(18)の軸線(Y)を含んで複数のバイパス下流通路(12b 1 ,12b 2 )の弁室(18)への開口部中央を通り且つ前記制御ブロック(15)のスロットルボディ(1)との接合面(15a)に直交する第2の平面(P2)上に配置したことを特徴とする,多気筒エンジン用吸気装置。
