Description
Claims (9)
- 内燃機関に燃料を供給する燃料系において圧力制御とガス抜きとを行なう組合せ弁(15)であって、弁ハウジング(23)の円筒状内腔(24)内の2つの限界位置間において、第1のばね要素(26)の作用に抗して変位しうるように支持されており、非動作限界位置から動作限界位置に変位することによって、前記弁ハウジング内において入口ダクト(32)と出口ダクト(33)との間における接続部の開口をもたらす一次円錐弁(25)からなる組合せ弁において、前記円錐弁(25)は、支持面(29)と弁座(30)との間において、前記第1のばね要素より低いばね定数を有する第2のばね要素(31)の作用に抗して変位しうる二次円錐弁(28)を収容するように設計される内側通路(27)を備え、前記二次円錐弁が前記第2のばね要素(31)の作用に抗して変位することによって、前記入口ダクト(32)とガス抜きダクト(34)との間における接続部の開口がもたらされることを特徴とする組合せ弁。
- 前記二次円錐弁(28)は、前記円錐弁が前記弁座に当接して載置されているときに相対的に少量の部分流が前記円錐弁を通過しうるように前記弁座(30)と相互作用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組合せ弁。
- 前記弁座(30)は、前記部分流の大きさを決定する軸方向溝を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の組合せ弁。
- 前記弁ハウジング(23)は、前記円筒状内腔(24)に至る横方向ダクト(35)を備え、前記横方向ダクトは、燃料系内において配置される戻り管路(16)に接続されるように設計されるとともに、前記一次円錐弁が前記第1のばね要素(26)の作用に抗して変位するときに前記一次円錐弁(25)によって閉鎖されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の組合せ弁。
- 前記横方向ダクト(35)は、前記一次円錐弁が非動作位置から動作位置へと変位するときに、前記入口ダクト(32)と前記出口ダクト(33)との間における前記接続部が開口する前に前記一次円錐弁(25)によって閉鎖されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の組合せ弁。
- 自動車用燃料系において請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の組合せ弁が用いられる燃料系において、前記弁(15)は、燃料系内において垂直方向高位置に配置されることを特徴とする燃料系。
- 燃料系の正常加圧用の一次燃料ポンプ(12)と燃料系のガス抜き用の二次燃料ポンプ(22)とを特徴とする請求項6に記載の燃料系。
- 燃料中における水分の存在を検出するセンサ(19a)と電気的に操作されうるドレン弁(20)とを有する水分離器(19)を特徴とする請求項7に記載の燃料系。
- 前記二次燃料ポンプ(22)は、燃料系内において発生するあらゆる空気を前記組合せ弁(15)を介して排出しうるか、または前記水分離器(19)から水分を除去しうるだけの所定の時間長にわたって前記ポンプを作動させるマイクロプロセッサに接続されることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の燃料系。
