Claims (2)
- 電極としてアルミニウム箔を用いたコンデンサ素子と、含水率が20〜90wt%であり1,7−オクタンジカルボン酸アンモニウムまたは(化1)、(化2)のいずれかを含む2種類以上の有機カルボン酸のアンモニウム塩を含有してなる駆動用電解液と、この駆動用電解液を含浸した前記コンデンサ素子を収納する有底筒状のケースと、このケースの開口部を封止する封口材を備え、前記駆動用電解液の凝固点は、−10℃以下であり、前記封口材の含有塩素量は、封口材重量に対して100ppm以下であり、かつ、前記セパレータ、電極箔、封口ゴム、ケースのいずれかをリン化合物または(化3)〜(化8)に示す中から選ばれるシリコーン化合物で処理した、20℃、100kHzにおけるインピーダンスに対する−10℃、100kHzのインピーダンス比が4以下である定格電圧100V以下のアルミニウム電解コンデンサ。
- 駆動用電解液は、リン化合物を0.01wt%以上含有してなる請求項1に記載のアルミニウム電解コンデンサ。
