Claims (20)
- 無針注射器であって、
アクチュエータと、
対象物に注射されるべき液剤が収容され、液剤出口、及び前記液剤出口よりも内方に設けられ該液剤に接するフリーピストンを有するカートリッジと
を備え、
前記液剤出口は、前記カートリッジに設けられた穴を含み、
前記穴は、キャップで当初覆われ、
前記キャップは、前記液剤が前記穴を通過することができるように取り外し可能であり、
前記アクチュエータは、
(a)前記カートリッジと連結されるのに適した前方部分を有するスリーブと、
(b)前記スリーブ内の、前記前方部分よりも内方に設けられた衝撃部材であって、カートリッジが連結された際に、前記フリーピストンを打撃して前記液剤出口の方へ前記フリーピストンを移動させ続け、これにより前記カートリッジの前記液剤出口を通って前記液剤の投与量が噴出されるように、第1の位置から前記前方部分の方へ移動可能に設けられた衝撃部材と、
(c)解除されると、前記衝撃部材を前記液剤出口の方へ移動させるスプリング手段と
を備える、無針注射器。 - 前記スプリング手段は、
(i)前記衝撃部材に力を付与し、前記衝撃部材を前記液剤出口の方へ常時付勢するスプリングと、
(ii)前記ハウジング内に設けられたラッチであって、前記衝撃部材と係合して、前記スプリングによって付与された力に応じて前記衝撃部材が前記前方部分の方へ移動することを防止するとともに、前記衝撃部材からの係合が解除されて、前記衝撃部材の上記移動を可能とする噴射位置に移動することを許容するように設けられたラッチと
を備える、請求項1に記載の注射器。 - 前記スプリングは、圧縮スプリングである、請求項2に記載の注射器。
- 前記スプリングは、前記衝撃部材に常に力を付与して前記衝撃部材を前記液剤出口の方へ常時付勢する圧縮ガスが充填された、前記ハウジング内の室によって画定されるガススプリングである、請求項2に記載の注射器。
- 前記圧縮ガスは、空気である、請求項4に記載の注射器。
- 前記カートリッジの前記液剤出口と対象物との間の所定の接触力に応じて前記ラッチを動作させて注射を開始するトリガー手段を更に備える、請求項2に記載の注射器。
- 前記アクチュエータは、前記カートリッジの前記液剤出口が対象物に押し当てられることによって前記スリーブが前記カートリッジに対して移動可能となるようにするための手段を備え、
前記ラッチは、前記スリーブと前記カートリッジとの間の相対移動によって前記噴射位置に移動させられる、請求項6に記載の注射器。 - 前記ラッチは、弾性を有する、請求項7に記載の注射器。
- 前記スプリング手段は、前記液剤の一回分の投与量を噴出させるのに適している、請求項1に記載の注射器。
- 前記スプリング手段は、前記液剤の、連続する複数回分の投与量を噴出させるのに適している、請求項1に記載の注射器。
- 前記衝撃部材の移動により、一定の投与量が噴出される、請求項1に記載の注射器。
- 前記フリーピストンの打撃後に前記衝撃部材が移動する距離は、前記カートリッジの前記液剤出口を通じて噴出される液剤の投与量を決定すべく変更可能である、請求項1に記載の注射器。
- 前記アクチュエータとの係合のために、前記カートリッジが取り外し可能となるように保持されている、請求項1に記載の注射器。
- 前記アクチュエータとの係合のために、前記カートリッジが固定状態で取り付けられるように構成された、請求項1に記載の注射器。
- 前記カートリッジは、ガラス製の本体を有する、請求項1に記載の注射器。
- 前記ガラスが透明である、請求項15に記載の注射器。
- 前記カートリッジの前記フリーピストンがプラスチック材料からなる、請求項15に記載の注射器。
- 前記プラスチック材料が、弗素化炭化水素を含むポリマーまたはコポリマーである、請求項17に記載の注射器。
- 前記プラスチック材料がポリテトラフルオロエチレンである、請求項17に記載の注射器。
- 前記プラスチック材料が、テトラフルオロエチレン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレンの共重合体、テトラフルオロエチレン−エチレンの共重合体、ポリクロロトリフルオロエチレン、ポリ(ビニリデン弗化物)、テトラフルオロエチレン−過フルオロ(プロピルビニルエーテル)の共重合体、およびヘキサフルオロイソブチレン−ビニリデン弗化物の共重合体からなる群から選択される、請求項17に記載の注射器。
