Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 対象物に注射されるべき液剤が予め収容され、液剤出口と該液剤に接す るフリーピストンとを備えるカートリッジに接続されて無針注射器を構成するア クチュエータであって、該アクチュエータは、 スプリングによって付勢され、かつ、一時的にラッチによって阻止される衝撃 部材を備え、該衝撃部材は、前記スプリングの力によって第一の方向に移動可能 であり、前記フリーピストンを打撃すると該第一の方向に前記ピストンの移動が 継続されて、前記液剤出口から液剤の所定投与量を噴出するものであり、前記ス プリングは、内蔵されたエネルギが蓄積され、かつ、高エネルギ状態から低エネ ルギ状態へと移行するが、逆方向へは移行しないよう構成されるものである。 2. 前記スプリングが圧縮スプリングである請求項1に記載のアクチュエー タ。 3. 前記スプリングが、所定圧力のガスが充填されたガススプリングであり 、前記衝撃部材と、その力で該衝撃部材の移動を一時的に阻止する前記ラッチに 対する力を供給するよう支持される、請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。 4. 前記ガスが空気である請求項3に記載のアクチュエータ。 5. 前記カートリッジの液剤出口と対象物との間に予め設定された接触力が 達するときのみ、前記ラッチを動作させて注射を開始するトリガー手段を備えた 、前述した請求項のいずれかに記載のアクチュエータ。 6. 対象物と接触するように付勢されたカートリッジの液剤出口によって、 使用者が把持可能な部分がカートリッジに対して移動可能であるように、使用者 が把持可能な部分とカートリッジを保持する手段とを有するアクチュエータを備 え、前記相対移動は、使用者が把持可能な部分とカートリッジとの間における前 記衝撃部材の移動が阻止される位置から該衝撃部材の移動が許容される位置まで するなされる、請求項5に記載のアクチュエータ。 7. ラッチ部材が弾性を有する請求項6に記載のアクチュエータ。 8. 前記スプリングによるエネルギ蓄積は、一回分の液剤投与量を噴出する のに充分なものである、前述した請求項のいずれかに記載のアクチュエータ。 9. 前記スプリングによって蓄積されるエネルギは、多数回の連続した投与 量を噴出するのに充分である請求項1から7のいずれか一つに記載のアクチュエ ータ。 10. 注射前に他の成分と混合される複数の成分を分離状態で収容するカート リッジに接合される使用に適合され、他の成分と混合させる混合手段を備えた、 前述した請求項のいずれかに記載のアクチュエータ。 11. 前記カートリッジが、少なくとも一つの隔壁によって分離される複数成 分を収容し、各隔壁を破断する混合位置まで移動され可能となるように配置され た破断部材を備え、前記混合部材は、前記破断部材を混合位置まで移動させるこ とができるものである、請求項10に記載のアクチュエータ。 12. 前記投与量が一定である前述した請求項のいずれかに記載のアクチュエ ータ。 13. 前記投与量を変える手段を備えた前述した請求項のいずれかに記載のア クチュエータ。 14. 前記カートリッジを取外し可能に収容する手段を備えた前述した請求項 のいずれかに記載のアクチュエータ。 15. 請求項14に記載のアクチュエータと、これに取外し可能に収容された カートリッジとの組合せ。 16. 請求項1から13のいずれか一つに記載のアクチュエータと、これに固 定設置されたカートリッジとの組合せ。 17. カートリッジがガラス製の本体を備えた請求項15または16に記載さ れ組合せ。 18. ガラスが透明である請求項17に記載の組合せ。 19. カートリッジのフリーピストンがプラスチック材料からなる請求項15 から18のいずれか一つに記載の組合せ。 20. 前記プラスチック材料が、弗素化炭化水素からなる重合体または共重合 体である請求項19に記載の組合せ。 21. 前記プラスチック材料がポリテトラフルオロエチレンである請求項19 に記載の組合せ。 22. 前記プラスチック材料が、テトラフルオロエチレン−ヘキサフルオロプ ロピレンの共重合体、テトラフルオロエチレン−エチレンの共重合体、ポリクロ ロトリフルオロエチレン、ポリ(ビニリデン弗化物)、テトラフルオロエチレン と過フルオロ(プロピルビニルエーテル)の共重合体、およびヘキサフルオロイ ソブチレンとビニリデン弗化物の共重合体からなる群から選択される、請求項1 9に記載の組合せ。 23. アクチュエータに接続されて使用され、無針注射器を構成するカートリ ッジであって、ガラス製の本体と、該本体内を摺動自在に配置されたピストンと を備え、該ピストンが、低い力が加えられたときに実質的に非弾性であるが、速 い力が加えられたときに高い弾性を有する特性を備えた材料で構成されているカ ートリッジ。カートリッジ本体として好ましい材料は、ポリテトラフルオロエチ レンである。 24. ガラスが透明である請求項23に記載のカートリッジ。 25. ピストンがプラスチック材料からなる請求項23または24に記載のカ ートリッジ。 26. 前記プラスチック材料が、弗素化炭化水素からなるポリマーまたはコポ リマーである請求項25に記載のカートリッジ。 27. 前記プラスチック材料がポリテトラフルオロエチレンである請求項19 に記載のカートリッジ。 28. 前記プラスチック材料が、テトラフルオロエチレン−ヘキサフルオロプ ロピレンの共重合体、テトラフルオロエチレン−エチレンの共重合体、ポリクロ ロトリフルオロエチレン、ポリ(ビニリデン弗化物)、テトラフルオロエチレン と過フルオロ(プロピルビニルエーテル)の共重合体、およびヘキサフルオロイ ソブチレンとビニリデン弗化物の共重合体からなる群から選択される請求項25 に記載のカートリッジ。 29. アクチュエータに接続されて使用され、無針注射器を構成するカートリ ッジであって、該カートリッジは、ガラス製の本体と本体内を摺動自在に配置さ れたピストンとを備え、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンからなる。 30. アクチュエータのスプリングに予負荷を付与する行程と、該アクチュエ ータにカートリッジを組み付ける行程とからなる請求項15から22のいずれか 一つに記載された組合せの製造方法。
