【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は理美容用椅子、特に、理美容院において施術者が洗髪サービスを行う際に、被施術者を着座させた後にバックシャンプーの姿勢を取らせる洗髪用椅子として好適な理美容用椅子に関する。

【従来の技術】
バックシャンプー用の洗髪椅子とは、背凭れを伏倒し、被施術者の首の背面側をシャンプーボールの凹部に載せた状態で洗髪作業を行うのに適した構造のものであるが、被施術者には身長差があるために、前記した被施術者の首の背面側をシャンプーボールの凹部に合わせるために種々の構造のものが開発されている。

以下、従来のバックシャンプーが行えるような構造の椅子について説明する。（１）座部の上昇と共に背凭れが伏倒する椅子。
（２）座部が上下動し、任意の高さで背凭れを伏倒させる椅子。
（３）座部の上昇と共に背凭れが伏倒し、上昇過程後半において背凭れがシャンプーボール側に移動する椅子。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、前記した（１）の椅子にあっては、被施術者の座高が多様であるにもかかわらず、洗髪時のシャンプーボールと洗髪用椅子との位置関係が一定であるため、多様な被施術者の体格に対応できないので、被施術者は首部が所定の位置になるように着座位置から前後方向に体を移動させなければならず、従って、面倒な動作が発生するため、女性の場合には着衣が乱れて心理的な負担を与えるといった問題があり、また、離着席時において座りやすいよう座部が略水平であるために、座部が上昇した洗髪状態において被施術者に不自然で不安定な仰臥姿勢を強いるといった問題もあった。

前記した（２）の椅子にあっては、座部の高さと背凭れ角の調節によって被施術者の座高との適合を図るため、調節要素が多く手間がかかり面倒であるといった問題があり、また、座高の高い人と低い人では、洗髪時のシャンプーボールの凹部に向かう首の角度が異なるため、一定の首の角度を想定した首周りの形状・起伏に対して適合製の高い凹部形状のシャンプーボールを製作することが困難であり、被施術者の首に無理な圧迫を加えてしまうといった問題もあり、さらに、前記（１）と同様に座部が水平状態から座部が上昇した洗髪状態において被施術者に不自然で不安定な仰臥姿勢を強いるといった問題もあった。

前記した（３）の椅子にあっては、施術者の着座後に座部がシャンプーボールに近づきながら被施術者の座高に応じた位置で止まり洗髪状態となるため、離着席時の椅子はシャンプーボールに対して一定距離をおいて位置しなければならず、従って、専有空間の増大を招くといった問題があり、また、小柄な女性など座高の低い被施術者に合わせるには時間がかかるといった問題もあった。

本発明は前記した問題点を解決せんとするもので、その目的とするところは、被施術者の座高によらず着座位置から移動することなく着座から洗髪姿勢へ頭部の変位を抑えながら移行させ、一定の安楽で安定した姿勢で施術を受けることができると共に、被施術者の姿勢を一定に保てることで施術者にとって洗髪作業が行い易く、また、設置の占有空間を小さくできる理美容用椅子を提供せんとするにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の理美容用椅子は前記した目的を達成せんとするもので、請求項１の手段は、床面に対して平行リンク２，２′によって略平行状態で前後方向に変位する平行バー３と、該平行バーに対して前後方向に移動可能に後方が取付けられた座部基板４ａと、該座部基板に一体的に取付けられた背凭れ５と、前記座部基板の前方に回動自在に取付けられた前垂れ７と、一端が前記平行バーに回動自在に取付けられ他端が前記座部基板に回動自在に取付けられた座部リンク６と、該座部リンクと前記前垂れとの間に回動自在に取付けられた前垂れリンク８と、前記平行バーと前記座部リンク側との間に取付けられた伸縮自在な起伏用駆動源９と、前記平行バーと前記平行リンクの一端が取付けられた固定側との間に取付けられた平行移動用駆動源１１とより構成し、前記平行移動用駆動源によって平行バーが固定状態である時に起伏用駆動源を伸長させると前記座部基板が前方に移動しながら前方が高くなるように傾斜し、かつ、前記前垂れが起き上がり、また、前記平行移動用駆動源の伸縮によって平行リンクが変位して前記座部基板を上下動するようにしたことを特徴とする。

以下、本発明に係る理美容用椅子の第１の実施の形態を図１〜図４と共に説明する。
Ａは本発明に係る理美容椅子、Ｂは被施術者の首後ろ部分を受ける凹部Ｂ１が形成されたシャンプーボールである。１は床面に下端が固定された梯子状に形成された基台にして、基台１の上端には平行リンク２，２′が回動自在に軸支されている。また、平行リンク２，２′の下端には平行バー３が軸支され、該平行バー３の略中央から起立されている取付板３ａには座部４における座部基板４ａの後部が回動自在に軸支（軸支点ａ）されている。

前記座部基板４ａは所望の角度をもって延長バー４ｂとなっており、この延長バー４ｂに背凭れ５が取付けられている。前記角度は被施術者が着座した状態および洗髪状態において被施術者が最もリラックス感が得られる角度に形成されている。

先ず、図１は低身長者の洗髪を行う場合を示しているが、該低身長者が座部４に着座する時点においては平行移動用駆動源１１の油を抜いて平行リンク２，２′を垂直方向に変位させて座部４の高さを低い位置にセットする。そして、着座が終了した時点で図１の状態、すなわち、平行移動用駆動源１１に油圧を供給することにより、連結リンク１０を介して平行リンク２，２′が垂直側から水平方向に変位しているので、図２の高身長者が離着席する場合と比較すると座部の高さは高い位置にある。

次に、前記した図１および図２の被施術者が着座して洗髪作業を行う場合について説明する。
前記図１および図２の何れにおいても、伏倒用駆動源９に油圧を供給すると、該伏倒用駆動源９は軸支点ｃを不動点としてピストンが突出されるので、垂下板４ｃを左方向に移動させる力が作用する。しかし、この力は座部基板４ａが軸支点ａで平行バー３で軸支されているので、座部基板４ａの前方が軸支点ａを支点として時計方向に回動される。

次に、第２の実施の形態を図５〜図７と共に説明する。なお、第１の実施の形態と同じ作用を行う部材には同一符号を示し説明は省略する。
この実施の形態における平行リンク２，２′、平行移動用駆動源１１および平行バー３の構成は前記した第３の実施の形態と同様に、平行リンク２，２′の下端側は台部１２ａに軸支され、また、平行移動用駆動源１１は台部１２ａと平行リンク２′との間に取付けられ、かつ、平行バー３は平行リンク２，２′の上端側に軸支されている。従って、平行移動用駆動源１１に油圧を供給すると平行リンク２，２′が変位して平行バー３が平行移動して高さ位置が変化するものである。

そして、平行バー３は逆への字状に折曲されており、座部基板４ａから垂下された垂下片４ｃのコロ４ｄが平行バー３の状面に沿って移動可能に形成されている。また、起伏用駆動源９のピストン側は平行バー３の後端側に軸支され、シリンダ側は座部基板４の前方側に軸支されている。

次に、第３の実施の形態を図８〜図１０と共に説明する。なお、前記した第１の実施の形態と同じ作用を行う部材には同一符号を示し説明は省略する。
この実施の形態にあっては、前記した何れの実施の形態においても座部４と背凭れ５とが一体化されたものであったが、この実施の形態にあっては、座部４と背凭れ５とは分離されており、後述する機構によって独立して変位するものである。すなわち、座部基板４ａの後端にはガイド管４ｅが取付けられており、このガイド管４ａに背凭れ５から下方に延長された部分５ａが挿通され、この延長部分５ａを下方に引くことで背凭れ５は伏倒方向に変位する構造である。

なお、前記した実施の形態にあっては、座部の高さ位置と、洗髪時の着座位置から座部４を後傾させると共に背凭れ５および前垂れ７の伏倒を行うのに、各駆動源９，１１を個別に制御して行う場合について説明したが、例えば、低身長者、照準的な身長者および高身長者等の３分類して、ワンタッチによってそれぞれの身長者に合わせた着座位置に座部４をセットし、着座した後に洗髪状態への位置に移行するようにしてもよい。

【発明の効果】
本発明は前記したように、シリンダ等の駆動源によって椅子の座部が前方に移動しながら前方が高くなるように傾斜させると共に、前記座部の変位と連動して背凭れが伏倒させ、かつ、他のシリンダ等の駆動源によってリンク機構を変位させて椅子全体の高を調整することにより椅子全体が前後方向に移動するようにしたので、被施術者の離着席時は洗髪時と比較して座部および背凭れ部分がシャンプーボール側に近接しているので、椅子の占有面積が小さくてすみ、また、椅子全体の高さを自由にできるため、被施術者の離着席が容易に行える。

さらに、洗髪時には被施術者の身長に係わらず背凭れ角が被施術者のフェイスラインを水平にできる一定角度に寝るために、施術者にとって洗髪が行いやすいと同時に、被施術者にとっても首を無理に屈曲させなくても首付近に水が侵入するのを防止でき、また、座部が後傾姿勢であるため、安定した安楽な姿勢で洗髪を受けることができる、さらに、被施術者の体格によらずシャンプーボールへの進入角が一定であることから、被施術者の首周りの形状・起伏に対して適合性の高い凹部形状に形成することができ、従って、圧迫感の軽減を図ることができる等の効果を有するものである。
