Description

【0001】

More specifically, a plurality of slide molds that can be moved back and forth are provided on the movable mold, and different types of synthetic resin are injected into the cavities that are formed as the slide molds move back and forth. The present invention relates to a mold for composite molding that enables molding of a molded product integrated with the above synthetic resin.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, generally in a mold apparatus, a resin or the like is usually inserted into a cavity of a molding die and solidified, and then the molding die is opened to take out a molded product. This molded product is usually molded by injection of one type of synthetic resin, but different types of synthetic resin are injected in different steps and are integrally molded. For example, it is used for automobile parts and electrical products.
[0003]
Some automotive parts, if seat parts, are made of a hard material for the part to be attached to the vehicle body, and a part that comes in contact with the hand is made of a soft material such as an elastomer. . Conventionally, a hard molded product and a soft molded product molded with different molds are integrated by bonding or welding.
[0004]
Also, by sharing the fixed mold and making the movable mold different, by exchanging the movable mold, hard and soft materials are injected and integrated. The molded product was molded. Furthermore, a slide part that can be moved back and forth is enclosed in a part of the mold on the movable side, and synthetic resin of different types of materials is separately injected to form an integrated molded product by switching the forward and backward movement of this slide part. A typical composite mold has also been proposed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 shows the configuration of a composite molding die according to the present invention. FIG. 1 shows a composite molded product 1 molded with this composite molding die. The composite molded article 1 is composed of synthetic resins of different materials, one of which is hard and the other is made of a synthetic resin of a flexible material, and is integrated at the molding stage. This composite molded product 1 is generally made of a soft synthetic resin that has been a rubber body at the part that comes into contact with a human body, or a synthetic resin that is formed by integrating a covering that has been covered on a hard body with a soft synthetic resin. It is known as a color molded product.
[0014]
FIG. 1 shows a hard primary molded product 1a integrated with a soft secondary molded product 1b at the molding stage. In the mold to be molded, in the present embodiment, the portion corresponding to the primary molded product 1a is the first cavity 4 and the portion corresponding to the secondary molded product 1b is the second cavity 12 (see FIG. 3). 2 and 3 are explanatory views showing a mold configuration for molding the composite molded product 1, and a plan configuration is schematically shown in a sectional view.
[0015]
FIG. 2 shows a mold configuration for molding the primary molded product 1a, and FIG. 3 shows a mold configuration for molding the secondary molded product 1b. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XX in FIG. FIG. 5 shows a YY cross-sectional view of FIG. This mold is composed of a fixed mold 2 and a movable mold 3, and the first cavity 4 is formed by these two molds. FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 show a configuration in which a movable mold 3 is provided with slide molds having three cores so as to freely advance and retract. The stationary mold 2 is not shown and is omitted.
[0016]
In the drawing, a first slide mold 5 is provided on a movable mold 3 so as to be able to advance and retreat, and is driven by a first driving device 6 provided at a rear portion. The first slide mold 5 is moved forward and backward by being guided by a guide groove (not shown) or a guide groove of the movable mold 3. This forward / backward configuration is the same for the second slide mold 7 and the third slide mold 9. Similar to the first slide mold 5, a second slide mold 7 is provided so as to be capable of moving forward and backward at a position facing the first slide mold 5 with the first cavity 4 interposed therebetween, and a second drive provided at the rear part. Driven by device 8.
[0017]
FIG. 2 shows a state in which the first slide mold 5 and the second slide mold 7 have advanced and the first cavity 4 is closed. The first slide mold 5 and the second slide mold 7 advance and retract simultaneously. Further, a third slide mold 9 is provided between the two slide molds so as to be able to advance and retract, and is driven by a third driving device 10 provided at the rear part. The third slide mold 9 is retracted rearward when the first slide mold 5 and the second slide mold 7 are in the advanced position.
[0018]
In this state, a hard synthetic resin is injected into the first cavity 4 by the gate 11 provided on the fixed mold 2 to mold the primary molded product 1a. FIG. 3 shows that the first slide mold 5 and the second slide mold 7 are retracted and the third slide mold 9 is advanced and the second cavity is moved after the primary molded product 1a is formed in the configuration of FIG. 12 shows a state of constituting 12.
[0019]
In the present embodiment, the second cavity 12 is provided in communication with the end of the primary molded product 1a. In this state, the second molded product 1b is formed by injecting a soft synthetic resin into the second cavity 12 by the second gate 13 provided in the fixed mold 2. In this molding, since the gate 14 is also provided in the third slide die 9 as shown in FIG. 5, the synthetic resin is injected into the second cavity 12 through the gates 13 and 14. When this soft synthetic resin is injected into the second cavity 12, it is fused and integrated with the primary molded product 1a to form the secondary molded product 1b.
[0020]
When the secondary molded product 1b is molded, the molded product 1b is completed as a composite molded product 1. Therefore, the movable mold 3 is opened from the fixed mold 2, and the composite molded product 1 is taken out. In this way, the composite molded product 1 integrated with different synthetic resins is formed. The configuration of this injection mold is a drive mode in which each mold only moves forward and backward, The configuration is simple.
[0021]
Next, another embodiment will be described as a different form of the secondary molded product 1b. FIG. 6 is a view corresponding to FIG. 5 and shows a state in which the third slide mold 9a is retracted. This is a modification in which the secondary molded product 16 is molded in a state of covering the primary molded product 15. Although the shape on the cavity side of the three slide molds is different, the slide form for molding is the same as described above.
[0022]
FIG. 7 is a view corresponding to FIG. 3, and this example also shows the secondary molded product 17 having a different shape. In this example, a part of the secondary molded product 17 is projected as convex portions 17a and 17b on the primary molded product 18 side. When the third slide 19 moves back and forth in the direction of the arrow, the relationship between the convex portions 17a and 17b with respect to the primary molded product 18 is that the step A and B of the secondary molded product 17 is different from the primary molded product 18. Even if it exists, the overhanging shape can be maintained.
[0023]
When forming the primary molded product and the secondary molded product using the same slide configuration with the conventional index type, the convex portions 17a and 17b are undercut portions, and this form cannot be molded. It was. The configuration of the present invention enables this molding. Therefore, even if the relationship between the primary molded product and the secondary molded product becomes somewhat complicated, it can be molded without restriction.
[0024]
The description has been given of molding the composite molded product in such a configuration that the first cavity 4 is closed by the first slide mold 5 and the second slide mold 7 and the second cavity 12 is closed by the third slide molds 9 and 9a. However, conversely, the first cavity 4 is closed with the third slide mold, and the second cavity 12 is closed with the first slide mold 5 and the second slide mold 7, so that the composite molded product is molded. May be. However, in this case, there is a restriction on the shape of the secondary molded product, and in particular, a complex molded product such as a secondary molded product having an overhanging portion on the primary molded product cannot be made.
