【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、生理用ナプキン、パンティライナー、失禁パッド等の吸収性物品に関し、詳しくは、ウイング部のショーツ等の股下部（クロッチ部）側縁に対するフィット性及び着用者の動きに対する追従変形性に優れ、更に肌触りも良好な吸収性物品に関する。

【従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来、ウイング部を備えた生理用ナプキンが広く知られている。
この種の生理用ナプキンにおけるウイング部は、通常、その片面に粘着部が設けられ、ナプキン使用の際にショーツ等の下着の股下部側縁に沿って折り曲げられ、該粘着部を介して該下着の外表面に固定されるものである。このようなウイング部は、通常、伸張性を有しないシート材を用いて形成されている。

特許文献１には、ウイング部の基端部近傍におけるナプキンの前後に、非伸縮性シートを蛇腹状に成形してなる伸縮部を設けた生理用ナプキンが提案されている。このナプキンにおいては、ショーツの股下部側縁に対するフィット性が向上するが、前記伸縮部が、非伸縮性シートを蛇腹状に成形したものであり、肌触りが良くない。

また、特許文献２には、ウイング部の折り返し部に折返し部の両端に至らない長さでスリットを設けた生理用ナプキンが提案されている。しかし、このナプキンのスリットは、ウイング部の表面から裏面までを貫通するもので、肌触りが良くなく、また、上記のスリットは、ウィングの折り返し部に両端近くまで大きく設けられており、このウィングに漏れ防止性はない。

従って、本発明の目的は、ウイング部のショーツ等の股下部（クロッチ部）側縁に対するフィット性及び着用者の動きに対する追従変形性に優れ、更に肌触りも良好な吸収性物品を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、液保持性の吸収層及び液不透過性の裏面層を具備する縦長の吸収性本体と、該吸収性本体の両側に設けられた一対のウイング部とを有する吸収性物品において、前記各ウイング部は、少なくともその基端部寄りの部位に、伸張性の不織布と該不織布の非肌当接面側に積層された非伸張性のシートとからなる積層構造を有しており、前記基端部寄りの部位における前記非伸張性シートに、前記不織布を貫通しない複数のスリット又は長孔が形成されている吸収性物品を提供することにより、前記目的を達成したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明をその好ましい実施形態に基づき図面を参照しながら説明する。本発明の第１実施形態としての生理用ナプキン１は、図１〜図４に示すように、液保持性の吸収層１２及び液不透過性の裏面層１６を具備する縦長の吸収性本体１１と、吸収性本体１１の長手方向の両側に設けられた一対のウイング部２１とを有する。

吸収層１２は、液透過性の表面シート１３と液保持性の吸収体１４とからなり、裏面層１６は、液不透過性の裏面シート１６からなる。本実施形態における裏面層１６は、裏面シートのみからなるため、両者に同一の符号１６を付す。
吸収体１４は、表面シート１３と裏面シート１６との間に挟持固定されている。吸収性本体１１の長手方向両側部には、それぞれ長手方向に沿って立体ガード形成用シート１５’が配されて立体ガード１５が形成されている。吸収性本体１１の非肌当接面には、ショーツとの接合に用いられる本体粘着部１７が設けられている。

一対のウイング部２１は、図２に示すように、吸収性本体１１の長手方向中央部における左右両側縁部に、ウイング部形成用シート２２を固定して形成されている。ウイング部形成用シート２２は、立体ガード形成用シート１５’と裏面シート１６との間に挟持された状態で、これらのシートと共に一体的に熱又は超音波によるシール加工を施されて、その一端部近傍を固定されている。このシール加工により、吸収性本体１１の長手方向中央部の左右両側部に平面視円弧状のシール部１８が形成されている。吸収体１４は、吸収性本体１１の長手方向と同方向に縦長の形状を有しており、該シール部１８のすぐ内側に、該シール部に沿って湾曲した両側縁１４ａを有している。

ウイング部２１は、吸収体１４の長手方向両側縁１４ａからナプキン１の幅方向外方に延出し、少なくともその先端部が、該ナプキン１をショーツ等の下着の股下部５に固定した状態下において該ショーツ等の下着の外表面側に配される部分である。ウイング部２１の基端部２１ａは、吸収体１４の長手方向両側縁１４ａが位置する部位である。

各ウイング部２１は、その基端部２１ａ寄りの部位に、伸張性の不織布２３と該不織布の非肌当接面側に積層された非伸張性のシート２７とからなる積層構造を有している。
本実施形態においては、ウイング部形成用シート２２として、伸張性の不織布２３と非伸張性のシート２７とが積層状態で互いに接着されてなる積層シートを用いており、ウイング部２１の全域が、伸張性の不織布２３と非伸張性シート２７とからなる積層構造を有している。

伸張性の不織布２３としては、熱融着点や交絡の少なく調整された不織布、また凹凸加工が施された不織布等があげられ、下着へのフィット性の向上または装着時の追随性等の観点から、伸縮性の不織布であることが特に好ましい。
伸縮性の不織布は、装着の際にウイング部の止着を繰り返しても、ウイング部のショーツ等の股下部（クロッチ部）側縁に対するフィット性が低下しないことや、着用中も伸張と収縮を繰り返してフィット性が安定に維持されること等から好ましい。

伸縮性の不織布としては、３次元的に捲縮した繊維を含有し、該繊維の絡み合いにより伸縮性を示す不織布や、天然ゴム、合成ゴム、スパンデックス等のエラストマー材料により伸縮性を示す不織布等を好ましく用いることができる。伸縮性（伸張性）の不織布は、単層でも２層以上からなるものでも良く、不織布と他の材料との複合不織布であっても良い。複合不織布の場合には、不織布側を肌当接面側に配する。

本発明における伸張性の不織布は、少なくとも一方向に伸張性を有しており、その伸張性は、単独状態の不織布を０．５Ｎ／ｃｍの荷重で伸張させた時の長さが元の自然状態（外力をかけない状態）の長さの１．２〜３倍、特に１．５〜２．５倍の長さとなるような伸張性であることが好ましい。０．５Ｎ／ｃｍの荷重とはウィング装着時の引張荷重に対応する。

本実施形態では、図２に示すように、伸張性の不織布２３として、３次元的に捲縮した捲縮繊維を含む第１繊維層２４と、３次元的に捲縮した捲縮繊維を含まないか又は３次元的に捲縮した捲縮繊維を第１繊維層２４中よりも低い含有率で含む第２繊維層２５とからなり、第１繊維層２４と第２繊維層２５が部分的に熱融着されて一体化された伸縮性の積層不織布を用いている。この積層不織布は、構成成分の熱収縮により捲縮を発現する潜在捲縮性繊維を含む第１繊維層形成材と、前記潜在捲縮性繊維の収縮開始温度以下では熱収縮しない繊維を含む第２繊維層形成材とを互いに積層した状態で、両者を熱又は超音波エンボスにより部分的に熱融着して、多数の熱融着部２６が分散状態に形成された中間体を製造した後、該中間体に熱処理を施して、第１繊維層形成材を熱収縮させて得られたものであり、第２繊維層２５側には、多数の独立した凸部又は連続した凸部を有する、凹凸形状が形成されている。

本実施形態においては、第１繊維層２４側が両ウイング部２１の非肌当接面、第２繊維層２５側が両ウイング部２１の肌当接面を形成している。ウイング部の非肌当接面及び肌当接面は、両ウイング部２１を、図１〜図３に示すように、吸収性本体１１の左右両側に拡げた状態において、吸収性本体１１の裏面シート１６側の面と同じ方向に向けられる面及びそれとは反対側に向けられる面である。本実施形態におけるウィング部２１は、凹凸形状を有する第２繊維層２５側が肌当接面を形成しており、クッション性、風合い（肌に当たる感触のやわらかさ）に一層優れている。

潜在捲縮性繊維は、加熱される前は、従来の不織布用の繊維と同様に取り扱うことができ、且つ所定温度での加熱によって螺旋状の捲縮が発現して収縮する性質を有する繊維である。潜在捲縮性繊維を用いると、不織布製造時の第１繊維層の熱収縮と、収縮後の伸縮性の両者を実現することができる。
潜在捲縮性繊維は、例えば収縮率の異なる２種類の熱可塑性ポリマー材料を成分とする偏心芯鞘型複合繊維又はサイド・バイ・サイド型複合繊維からなる。熱可塑性ポリマー材料としては、ポリエチレンやポリプロピレン等のポリオレフィン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート等のポリエステル、ポリアミド等が挙げられる。このような構成の積層不織布としては、例えば特開２００２-１８７２２８号公報に記載の立体シート材料を好ましく用いることができる。

他の伸縮性の不織布としては、エラストマー材料からなるシートの片面又は両面に伸縮性を有する繊維集合体（不織布や繊維ウエブ）を積層して一体化してなる伸縮性の複合不織布を用いることもできる。エラストマー材料としては、天然ゴム、ブタジエン、イソプレン等の合成ゴム等が好ましく用いられる。エラストマー材料からなるシートとしては、エラストマー材料をフィルム化して得られる弾性フィルム、エラストマー材料からなる弾性繊維を、ネット状に成形したり不織布化したシート等が好ましく用いられる。前記繊維集合体としては、熱可塑性ポリウレタン繊維、高捲縮性のポリエチレン繊維、高捲縮性のポリエステル繊維等を用いることができる。エラストマー材料からなるシートに繊維集合体を固定する方法としては、シートに繊維集合体を熱融着により固定する方法等が挙げられる。

本発明における非伸張性のシートは、伸張性の不織布よりも伸張性の低いものであり、例えば、後述するスリットや長孔を形成しない状態において、０．５Ｎ／ｃｍの荷重で伸張させた時の長さが、何れの方向に引っ張った場合においても元の自然状態（外力をかけない状態）の長さの１．１倍以下、特に１．０５倍以下のものである。
非伸張性のシートとしては、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリ酢酸ビニル、ポリエステル等の熱可塑性樹脂フィルム、撥水性のスパンボンド不織布やスパンボンド−メルトブロー−スパンボンド不織布等が挙げられる。ウィング用粘着剤の塗布の観点からは、表面が平滑なものが好ましい。また、オス材等の固定材の接合性の観点から、くり返し接着に耐えうる表面強度をもつものが望ましい。

不織布と非伸張性シートとの接合方法としては、接着剤による接着、ヒートシール、超音波シール等を用いた熱融着等が挙げられるが、柔らかさやしなやかさの観点から超音波シールが好ましい。

また、不織布と非伸張性シートとの接合は、対向面が全域に亘って接合されていても良いが、肌触りやウィング部の折り曲げ易さの観点から、部分的に接合されていることが好ましく、特に接合部と非接合部とが混在するようなパターンで部分的に接合されていることが好ましい。部分的に接合する方法としては、接着剤をパターン塗工して接着する方法、熱又は超音波によるパターンエンボス等を挙げることができる。接着剤やエンボスのパターンとしては、ドットパターン、ストライプパターン（縞状パターン）、格子パターン、市松模様状のパターン等が挙げられる。

そして、伸縮性（伸張性）の不織布２３と非伸張性のシート２７との積層構造を有する、ウイング部２１の基端部２１ａ寄りの部位における該非伸張性のシート２７には、不織布２３を貫通しない複数のスリット２８が形成されている。このスリットは、不織布２３と積層する前の非伸張性シート２７に直線状の切り目を入れて形成したものであり、このスリット（長孔の場合も同様）は、非伸張性シートのみを貫通し、不織布２３を貫通していない。即ち、スリット２７は、ウイング部２１の厚み方向において、非伸張性シートのみに形成されており、不織布２３に亘っていないものである。

本実施形態におけるスリット２８は、ウイング部２１の長手方向（ナプキンの長手方向と同じ）中央部における該ウイング部２１の幅Ｗ（図３参照）を３等分するように、ウイング部２１を幅方向に、基端部２１ａ側の領域、中央領域及び先端部側の領域の３領域に区分したときの基端部２１ａ側の領域及び中央領域内に形成されており、先端部側の領域内には形成されていない。尚、スリット２８を、前記基端部２１ａ側の領域及び前記中央領域内に形成するのに代えて、該基端部２１ａ側の領域のみに形成することもでき、そのような実施形態も本発明の好ましい実施形態である。

本実施形態における不織布２３は、ナプキン１の幅方向を含む３６０度全方向に伸縮性を有しており、スリット２８は、それぞれ、ナプキン１の幅方向と直交する方向（非平行）に形成されている。ここで、ナプキン（吸収性物品）１の幅方向とは、吸収性本体１１の幅方向と同じ方向（図３の左右方向）であり、ナプキン（吸収性物品）１の長手方向とは、吸収性本体１１の長手方向と同じ方向（図３の上下方向）である。

ウイング部のショーツ等の股下部側縁に対するフィット性及び着用者の動きに対する追従変形性を向上させる観点から、スリット２８の方向（スリット２８が延びている方向）とナプキン１の幅方向との交差角度（鈍角と鋭角のうちの鋭角の方）αは４５〜９０°が好ましく、より好ましくは６０〜９０°であり、特に好ましくは９０°である。

また、ウイング部２１の基端部２１ａ寄りの部位の広い範囲に伸張性（伸縮性不織布を用いた場合は伸縮性）を与え、ウイング部のフィット性及び追従変形性を一層向上させる観点から、スリット２８は、図３に示すように、千鳥状に配置されていることが好ましい。
また、スリット２８の個々の長さは５〜２５ｍｍ、特に、１０〜１５ｍｍであることが、シート強度と伸張性の点から好ましい。スリット２８は、ある程度の幅を有するものでも良く、例えば、その幅は０〜３ｍｍとすることができる。

本実施形態における一対の前記ウイング部２１，２１は、図４に示すように、それぞれの一部を互いに重合可能に形成されており、一方のウイング部２１に、機械的面ファスナーのオス部材（止着手段）２９が設けられ、他方のウイング部２１に、該オス部材２９を直接係合止着可能になされている。
ここで、「機械的面ファスナー」とは、メス部材を備えたメス型シートと該メス部材と係合可能なオス部材を備えたオス型シートとよりなる止着具をいい、「機械的面ファスナーのオス部材」とは該オス部材をいう。上記オス型シートは、そのオス部材が鉤形のもの、きのこ形のもの、錨形のもの等、各種公知のものを特に制限なく用いることができる。本実施形態では、ウイング部２１の肌当接面側が係合性に富む不織布２３により形成されており、これをメス部材として使用しているため、別にメス部材を設ける必要がない。

本実施形態のナプキン１は、図４に示すように、ウイング部２１をショーツ等の股下部５の縁部に沿って折り曲げ、該股下部５の外表面側において、両ウイング部同士を結合させることにより、ショーツ等に装着固定して用いられる。

本実施形態の生理用ナプキン１によれば、ウイング部２１の基端部寄りの部位が、ナプキン１の装着の際或いはナプキン１の着用中にショーツ等の股下部側縁に当接或いはその近傍に位置し、該部位が、上述したスリット２８の存在により良好に伸張するため、ウイング部２１の股下部側縁に対するフィット性及び着用者の動きに対する追従変形性に優れている。そのため、ショーツのクロッチ部のカーブ形状にぴったり折返すことができ、身体の動きに追随するので違和感を感じ難い。

他方、ウイング部２１の先端部側には、スリット２８が形成されておらず実質的に伸張性を有しない部分を有するため、オス部材を付けたり剥がしたりでき、ウイング部を止着したり剥離したりする際の操作性が良好である。

また、非伸縮性シート２７に形成したスリット２８は、ウイング部の表裏面間を貫通しないものであるため、経血がスリットを介して漏れてショーツを汚すこともない。

次に、本発明の第２の実施形態について説明する。第２実施形態については、第１実施形態のナプキン１と異なる点について説明し、同様の点については説明を省略する。特に説明しない点については、上述した第１実施形態の説明が適宜適用される。

第２実施形態としての生理用ナプキンにおいては、伸張性の不織布として、ナプキン１の長手方向を含む３６０度全方向に伸縮性を有する伸縮性の不織布を用いてあり、図５に示すように、スリット２８が、それぞれ、ナプキンの長手方向に直交する方向（非平行）に延びるように形成されている。スリット２８は、ナプキンの長手方向に直列に複数個形成されている。

ウイング部のショーツ等の股下部側縁に対するフィット性及び着用者の動きに対する追従変形性を向上させる観点から、スリット２８の方向（スリット２８が延びている方向）とナプキン１の長手方向との交差角度（鈍角と鋭角のうちの鋭角の方）βは４５〜９０°が好ましく、より好ましくは６０〜９０°であり、特に好ましくは９０°である。

第２実施形態における両ウイング部には、それぞれウイング部止着用の粘着部２９’が粘着剤の塗工により形成されており、ナプキンの使用時には、両ウイング部を、それぞれショーツ等の下着の股下部の外表面に固定して用いる。
第２実施形態のナプキンによれば、ウイング部の基端部寄りの部位に、上記スリット２８により縦方向の伸縮性が付与されているため、歩行などによる縦方向への繰り返しの引き伸ばし等の装着者の動作による変形に追随し、また、違和感がない。

また、ウイング部２１の先端部側には、スリット２８が形成されていない、実質的に伸張性を有しない部分を有するため、製造時におけるウイング部止着用の粘着剤の塗工が容易である。粘着剤の塗工方法としては、従来公知の各種の方法を採用することができ、塗工機としては、例えばコータ式やスプレー式等を用いることができる。尚、非伸張性シート２７への粘着剤の塗工は、ウイング部形成用シート２２単独の状態、該シート２２を吸収性本体１１に固定した状態等、ナプキン１の製造段階における任意の段階において行うことができる。

上記各実施形態の生理用ナプキンの形成材料について説明すると、表面シート１３、吸収体１４、裏面シート１６、立体ガード形成用シート１５’、本体粘着部１７形成用の粘着剤、ウイング部止着用の粘着部２９’形成用の粘着剤としては、それぞれ、生理用ナプキン、パンティライナー、失禁パッド等の吸収性物品に従来用いられている各種公知の材料を用いることができる。ウイング止着用の機械的面ファスナーのオス部材２９としては、展開型おむつのファスニングテープに用いられている各種公知のものを用いることができる。吸収層１２は、表面シート１３と吸収体１４との区別が付かないように一体的に形成されているものであっても良い。

本発明は、前記各実施形態に制限されず、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲において種々変更可能である。
例えば、上述した両実施形態においては、非伸縮性シートにスリット２８を設けてあったが、スリットに代えて長孔を設けても良い。長孔は長軸及び短軸を有する孔であり、長孔の長軸に対する短軸の比（短軸／長軸）は４分の１以下、特に５分の１以下であることが好ましい。この比が小さいものはスリットとして把握することもできる。長孔の長軸の好ましい長さは、上記各実施形態におけるスリットの好ましい長さと同じであり、その単軸の寸法は、例えば３〜８ｍｍとすることができる。

また、スリット（長孔の場合も同様）２８は、図６に示すように、一部のスリットの方向と他のスリットの方向とが異なるように形成することもできる。
各ウイング部の非伸縮性シートに形成するスリット又は長孔の数は、特に制限されるものではないが、良好な伸張性（伸縮性）の付与の観点から、２〜３０個、特に１０〜２０個程度であることが好ましい。

また、上述した両実施形態においては、３６０°全方向に伸縮性（伸張性）を有する不織布を用いたが、伸張性の不織布は、ナプキンの幅方向や長手方向等、特定の一方向のみ或いは特定の複数の方向のみに伸張性を有するものであっても良い。また、第１実施形態のナプキンのウイング部に、機械的ファスナーのオス部材に代えて、第２実施形態におけるようなウイング部止着用の粘着部を設けても良く、第２実施形態のナプキンのウイング部に、ウイング部止着用の粘着部に代えて、機械的ファスナーのオス部材に設けても良い。

また、伸張性の不織布２３と非伸張性シート２７とからなる積層構造は、以下に示すような態様で形成されていても良い。

図７に示す例においては、伸縮性の不織布からなる表面シート１３及び非伸縮性シートからなる裏面シート１６を用いており、これら両シートを吸収体１４の側縁からそれぞれ延出させ、延出した表面シート１３及び裏面シート１６とを互いに接合させて、伸張性の不織布２３と非伸縮性シート２７とが積層された積層構造を有するウイング部２１を形成してある。そして、そのウイング部におけるその基端部寄りの部位３における非伸縮性シート２７に、図示しないスリット又は長孔が設けられている。

図８に示す例は、図７に示す例において、吸収体１４の側縁から延出させる表面シート１３の長さを短くしたものであり、ウイング部２１の基端部寄りの部位３のみに、伸縮性の不織布２３と非伸縮性シート２７とからなる積層構造が形成されている。そして、その積層構造を形成する非伸縮性シート２７に、図示しないスリット又は長孔が設けられている。

図９に示す例においては、非伸縮性シートからなる裏面シート１６を、吸収体１４の側縁から延出させ、延出させた裏面シート１６に、伸縮性の不織布２３を積層してウイング部を形成してある。そして、そのウイング部の基端部寄りの部位３における非伸縮性シートからなる裏面シート１６に、図示しないスリット又は長孔が設けられている。

本発明の吸収性物品は、生理用ナプキンの他、パンティライナー、失禁パッド等であっても良い。
また、上述した一の実施形態における説明省略部分及び一の実施形態のみが有する要件は、それぞれ他の実施形態に適宜適用することができ、また、各実施形態における要件は、適宜、実施形態間で相互に置換可能である。

【発明の効果】
本発明の吸収性物品は、ウイング部のショーツ等の股下部（クロッチ部）側縁に対するフィット性及び着用者の動きに対する追従変形性に優れ、更に肌触りも良好である。

[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventionally, sanitary napkins having a wing portion are widely known.
The wing portion of this type of sanitary napkin is usually provided with an adhesive portion on one side, and is folded along the crotch side edge of an underwear such as shorts when the napkin is used, and the underwear is passed through the adhesive portion.
