本発明は上記従来の問題点に鑑み、すでにキャビネットを構成したものに放熱器、印刷配線基板を取り付け出来、部品同士の取り付けズレを吸収出来る放熱器取付装置を提供することを目的としてなされたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この課題を解決するために本発明の放熱器取付装置は、放熱板をICと共に固定した印刷配線基板を取り付けた副体キャビネットと、当該副体キャビネットを固定すると共に前記放熱板の貫通孔を形成した木製の本体キャビネットと、少なくとも一方に弾性取付片を有する放熱器と、前記放熱器と前記放熱板及び前記木製の本体キャビネットとをそれぞれ螺合固定する第1のビス及び第2のビスとを備え、前記第1のビスは前記放熱器が備える第1の取付孔と放熱板が備える取付孔とを密着固定し、前記第2のビスは前記弾性取付片が備える第2の取付孔と前記木製の本体キャビネットが備える取付孔とを固定するように構成したものであり、これにより、組立工法上の制約を受けず、部品同士の取り付けズレを吸収出来る放熱器取付装置が得られる。

本発明の請求項1に記載の発明は、放熱板をICと共に固定した印刷配線基板を取り付けた副体キャビネットと、当該副体キャビネットを固定すると共に前記放熱板の貫通孔を形成した木製の本体キャビネットと、少なくとも一方に弾性取付片を有する放熱器と、前記放熱板と前記放熱器とを螺合固定する第1のビス及び第2のビスとを備え、前記第1のビスは前記放熱器放熱板とを密着固定し、前記第2のビスは前記放熱器と前記木製の本体キャビネットとを前記弾性取付片を介して固定するように構成したものであり、従来の放熱器を放熱板と放熱器に分割する事により組立工法上の制約を受けず、且つ該放熱器の弾性片により本体キャビネットを木製にすることに起因する部品同士の取り付けズレ吸収するという作用を有する。
