河川を横切って堰をつくり、流体の排出で倒伏して河川
の流れを自由にするゴム堰の袋状をしたゴム堰本体の製
造方法に関する。
一度に加硫して製造するには大型の設備を必要として設
備面でもコストがかかり、また山間の奥地等の現場では
ゴム堰本体を運搬するだけでも容易ではない。

去し、同ゴム堰本体分割部分どうしを端縁にて当接し、
未加硫の補強帆布入りゴムシートおよび未加硫ゴムシー
トを相接する前記ゴム堰本体分割部分の両者に亘る除去
面に積層し、熱加硫接着するゴム堰本体の製造方法とし
た。

施例について説明する。本実施例は製造されたゴム堰本
体が折り返された構造のもので、まず図1に示すように
ゴム堰本体をなす上下の本体分割部分1を予め製造す
る。

分割部分1、1aを加硫成型して予め製造する。

去部分から上層に向け未加硫の補強帆布入りゴムシート
2を順次嵌合積層していく。

場合は準備されている未加硫のゴムシートまたはゴム糸
を使ってすき間を埋める。そして最上層には全体の厚み
を調整するために外層の未加硫ゴムシート3を積層す
る。

起立して河の流れを規制し、流体を排出することで倒伏
して流れを自由にすることができる。
数本の継目11が幅方向に指向して走っているが、未加硫
のゴムシート2、3を加硫接着したので、継目だけが加
硫が過ぎて剛性が高くなっているようなことはなく、全
体に概ね均質な物性を備え、起立時には滑らかな湾曲を
形成して河の流れの調整に支障を生じさせない。
分に補強帆布入りゴムシート2を嵌合する際、補強帆布
入りゴムシート2自体が未加硫で変形して除去部分にな
じみ易いので、ゴム堰本体分割部分1、1aの除去部分
を精度良く製造する必要がないとともに、僅かに生じる
すき間には未加硫のゴム糸などを使ってすき間を埋める
ので、内部に空隙を生じることはなく、加硫接着後剥離
破壊の原因をつくることがない。
製造しておく必要がないので、工数が削減され、コスト
ダウンが図れる。加硫接着する前のゴム堰本体分割部分
1、1aを単体で現場に運び、現場近くで加硫接着作業
を行いゴム堰本体を製造することができる。
ゴム堰本体を運搬する必要がなく、特に山間奥地や道路
等の運搬事情の悪い現場でもゴム堰の施工が可能であ
る。また現行の設備と簡易なジョイント設備で従来にな
い大型のゴム堰本体を製造することができる。
の片面に階段状の除去部分を形成したが、図6に示すよ
うに両面に階段状の除去部分を形成し、この上下の除去
部分に補強帆布入りの未加硫ゴムシートを嵌合して加硫
接着するようにしてもよい。
前記実施例のものより狭くすることができ、加硫時に用
いる熱板も小さくて済む利点がある。
造のものであったが、折り返しのない一枚のシートを袋
状に構成するものであっても、本発明は適用できる。す
なわち図7に示すように全て折り返しのないシートから
なるゴム堰本体分割部分21を一枚ずつ順次加硫接着して
一枚の袋状ゴム堰本体20を形成する。
縁に設けられた階段状の除去部分に補強帆布入りの未加
硫ゴムシートを積層して加硫接着するので、内部に空隙
を有せず全体として略均質な品質の優れたゴム堰本体を
製造することができる。
硫接着作業ができ、大型のゴム堰の施工が容易でコスト
低減も図ることができる。

Claims (1)
- 【請求項1】 流体の送入により起立し排出により倒伏
するゴム堰の本体の周方向に亘り分割した少なくとも2
以上の本体分割部分を後接着により相互に一体に接着す
るゴム堰本体の製造方法において、 予め製造したゴム堰本体分割部分の端縁を適当な段差を
設けて除去し、 同ゴム堰本体分割部分どうしを端縁にて当接し、 未加硫の補強帆布入りゴムシートおよび未加硫ゴムシー
トを相接する前記ゴム堰本体分割部分の両者に亘る除去
面に積層し、 熱加硫接着することを特徴とするゴム堰本体の製造方
法。
