記露出部間の中間部とを有し、前記露出部と前記中間部
に絶縁被膜を被覆するとともに、前記突出部を半田被膜
で被覆し、前記絶縁被膜の溶融温度は前記半田被膜の溶
融温度よりも低くしたトランス。

突出部に半田被膜を被覆する工程を設け、前記突出部へ
の前記半田被膜の被覆時に、前記突出部の絶縁被膜を溶
融させるとともに、前記突出部上方の前記中間部の絶縁
被膜を、前記ボビン本体の端子用貫通孔の内壁に溶融固
着させるトランスの製造方法。
