問題点を解決するための手段 この問題を解決するために本発明は、T字型溝を設けた

芯線を個々に接続できる突片と外部リード線を固定する
溝を有する板端子を挿入し、巻線を施し前記の板端子に
巻線の引出し線を接続し、上記コイルボビンに鉄心と取
付金具を組込んだ後、外部リード線を板端子に圧接固定

れ有する板端子22を挿入固定,巻線され、巻線13の引出
線16が突片17に巻付けられ半田23により、接続されてい
る。なお、引出線16は鍔12に設けられたスリット24より

け、半田27で接続されるが、引出線16と突片17の接続、
外部リード線の芯線20と突片21の接続はそれぞれ溶接で
もよい。板端子22の形状も第5図a〜fに示すように外
部リード線の強度に合わせて、める方式でもよく外部
リード線を挿入する溝19は穴状28,筒状29でも、又、外
部リード線の芯線20を接続する突片21は穴状30筒状31で

る成形品からなるコイルボビンの鍔に巻線の引出し線接
続用の突片と、外部リード線の絶縁皮膜圧接固定部と、
その外部リード線の芯線を接続する部分をそれぞれ一体
に有する板端子を用いているため巻線から引出線の配線
作業が巻線時に自動化でき、しかも、この板端子への外
部リード線の接続が機械化でき、コストも安価で、外部
リード線に外力が加えられても引出線まで外力が及ぶこ
ともなく断線の恐れもなく、また外部リード線もその皮
膜を板端子の絶縁皮膜圧接固定部でも圧接固定したので
外部リード線と板端子との接続の機械的強度も向上し、
品質面でも優れたものとなり、工業的価値の大なるもの
