メチルエチルケトン(溶媒、Aldrichから入手)、
酢酸エチル(溶媒、Aldrichから入手)、
金属化PETフィルム(金属化48gPETフィルム、Filmquest Groupから入手)、PETフィルム(48 LBT;ポリエステルフィルム[ポリ(エチレングリコール-テレフタレート]、DuPontから入手)、PET/箔積層フィルム(PET Al箔フィルム、FILM TECH Inc.から入手)、低密度ポリエチレンフィルム(GF-19フィルム、高スリップ低密度フィルム、厚さ1.5ミル、Berry Plastics Corpから入手)。
Claims (8)
- 溶媒ベースの組成物であって、
ポリオールとアミノポリカルボン酸化合物を反応させて製造された反応生成物と、
イソシアネートと、
溶媒と、を含む、溶媒ベースの組成物。 - 前記アミノポリカルボン酸化合物はエチレンジアミン四酢酸化合物である、請求項1に記載の溶媒ベースの組成物。
- 前記アミノポリカルボン酸化合物が、エチレンジアミン四酢酸無水物、エチレンジアミン四酢酸、およびそれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項1または2に記載の溶媒ベースの組成物。
- 前記反応生成物が、前記反応生成物の総重量に基づいて、アミノポリカルボン酸化合物に由来する0.03から10.0重量パーセントのユニットを有する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の溶媒ベースの組成物。
- 前記ポリオールが300~12,000g/モルの重量平均分子量を有する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の溶媒ベースの組成物。
- 前記溶媒ベースの組成物が、0.9~1.6の範囲のイソシアネート指数を有する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の溶媒ベースの組成物。
- 前記反応生成物、前記イソシアネート、および前記溶媒の総重量に基づいて、前記溶媒が溶媒ベースの組成物の10重量パーセント~80重量パーセントである、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の溶媒ベースの組成物。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の溶媒ベースの組成物から形成された積層物。
