Abstract
Description
(A)合成炭化水素油、PAO、鉱油またはポリグリコールから選択される基油50〜90質量%と、増ちょう剤10〜25質量%と、添加剤0〜10質量%とを含有する、合成炭化水素油、鉱油またはポリグリコールをベースとするグリース10〜50質量%が、
(B)シリコーン油70〜90質量%、増ちょう剤5〜30質量%ならびに添加剤0質量%から10質量%までを含有する、シリコーングリース50〜90質量%と、混合される。
(A)合成炭化水素油、鉱油またはポリグリコールから選択される基油70〜90質量%と、増ちょう剤10〜20質量%と、添加剤1〜7質量%とを含有する、グリース10〜20質量%が、
(B)ポリジメチルシロキサン70〜80質量%、増ちょう剤30質量%までならびに添加剤1〜10質量%を含有する、シリコーングリース80〜90質量%と、混合される。
潤滑グリースのための従来技術による標準製造方法が使用される。
双方のグリースの混合物は、潤滑グリースの製造において従来技術に相当するような、撹拌機を用いて製造することができる。そのうえ、基油としてのシリコーン油および増ちょう剤を含有するバッチを製造し、かつ混合成分として該合成炭化水素油を添加剤に類似して添加することが可能である。同様に、基油としての合成炭化水素油および増ちょう剤を含有するバッチを製造し、かつ混合成分として該シリコーン油のみを添加剤に類似して添加することが可能である。混合した後に、後続の均質化プロセス工程は、例えば、ミリング装置(コロイドミル)、ロールミルまたは高圧ホモジナイザーを用いて、行うことができる。
ボールジョイントにおけるトルク試験に基づいた摩擦係数を測定するために、以下に記載された試験方法を使用した。その試験装置の構成は、図1に示されている。
その摩耗試験を、ボールジョイントにおいて実施した。
評価したのは、百十万の負荷サイクル後の該ジョイントの摩耗距離であった。
Claims (9)
- ハイブリッドグリースであって、
(A)合成炭化水素油、PAO、鉱油またはポリグリコールから選択される基油50〜90質量%と、増ちょう剤10〜25質量%と、添加剤0〜10質量%とを含有する、合成炭化水素油、鉱油またはポリグリコールをベースとするグリース10〜50質量%および
(B)ポリジメチルシロキサン、ポリフェニルメチルシロキサンまたはそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるシリコーン油70〜90質量%、増ちょう剤5〜30質量%ならびに添加剤0〜10質量%を含有する、シリコーングリース50〜90質量%
を含む、前記ハイブリッドグリース。 - (A)合成炭化水素油、PAO、鉱油またはポリグリコールから選択される基油70〜80質量%と、増ちょう剤10〜20質量%と、添加剤1〜7質量%とを含有する、合成炭化水素油、鉱油またはポリグリコールをベースとするグリース10〜20質量%および
(B)ポリジメチルシロキサン、ポリフェニルメチルシロキサンまたはそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるシリコーン油70〜80質量%、増ちょう剤10〜30質量%ならびに添加剤1〜10質量%を含有する、シリコーングリース80〜90質量%
を殊に含む、請求項1に記載のハイブリッドグリース。 - さらに成分(A)中に固体潤滑剤0〜50質量%を含有する、請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッドグリース。
- 合成炭化水素油として、PAO、PAOとオレフィンコポリマーとの混合物、PAOとポリイソブチレンとの混合物からなる群から選択される油を含有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドグリース。
- 車両分野における継手を潤滑するための、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドグリースの使用。
- プラスチック/鋼の組合せをベースとする継手を潤滑するための、請求項5に記載のハイブリッドグリースの使用。
- 車両においてパワーステアリングシステム(EPS)、ブレーキアクチュエータ、ブレーキブースター、パワーウィンドウに使用されるような、アクチュエータを潤滑するための請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドグリースの使用。
- 前記ハイブリッドグリースが、前記の2種の異なるグリースを混合し、続いて均質化することによって製造される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドグリースの使用。
- 前記ハイブリッドグリースを、前記油のうち1種を含有するグリース液を製造することによって製造し、この中に第2の不溶性油成分を後から添加する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッドグリースの使用。
