Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施の形態の車両1の構成を示した図である。車両1は、駆動輪2と非駆動輪4とを有する2輪駆動の電動車両である。車両1には、駆動輪2と非駆動輪4との制動を制御する制動装置が備えられている。制動装置は、摩擦ブレーキ10と回生ブレーキ20と制御装置30とを有している。

Claims (4)
- モータジェネレータの回生発電により駆動輪に対して回生制動トルクを付与する回生ブレーキと、
前記モータジェネレータによる回生発電により発電された電力を蓄電できるバッテリと、
前記駆動輪及び非駆動輪に対して接触摩擦により摩擦制動トルクを付与する摩擦ブレーキと、
制動時、前記駆動輪に対して付与される前記回生制動トルクと前記駆動輪及び前記非駆動輪に対して付与される前記摩擦制動トルクとの合計である総制動トルクが、要求される目標制動トルクとなるように、前記回生ブレーキ及び前記摩擦ブレーキを制御すると共に、前記駆動輪のスリップが予想される場合にはスリップ制御を実行するように構成された制御装置と、
を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記スリップ制御の実行中は、
前記駆動輪に付与する摩擦制動トルクと回生制動トルクとの合計が、前記駆動輪にスリップを生じさせない範囲に設定された上限トルク以下となり、
前記回生発電の電力が、前記バッテリの状態に応じて設定される受入可能電力を超えない範囲となり、かつ、
前記回生制動トルクが、前記スリップ制御の開始前の回生制動トルクに比べて小さくなるように、
前記回生ブレーキ及び前記摩擦ブレーキを制御するように構成されていることを特徴とする電動車両の制動装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記スリップ制御を実行する場合であって、前記受入可能電力が閾値より小さい場合、
前記上限トルクに対する前記摩擦制動トルクの余剰分に応じたトルクを、前記モータジェネレータの力行運転により前記駆動輪に付与する、
ように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動車両の制動装置。 - 前記制御装置は、
前記スリップ制御の開始の時点で、前記回生発電の電力が前記受入可能電力を超えている場合には、
前記回生発電の電力の単位時間あたりの平均値がゼロとなるように、前記回生制動トルクを設定する、
ように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動車両の制動装置。 - 前記スリップ制御の実行中の前記回生制動トルクは、
前記受入可能電力が小さい場合の方が大きい場合に比べて、小さくなるように設定されることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の電動車両の制動装置。
